Luis Miguel, running for Florida HD20, really leans into the new GOP

This isn’t mainstream GOP. Mainstream GOP just wants to define these agencies or have those who investigate Republicans arrested. I laugh at the so called Democratic investigation calied “Russiagate.” Republican head of the FBI, AG and special prosecutor and a Senate Committee controlled by the GOP. The former found sufficient evidence of the elements of obstruction by the president in three incidents, determined that the investigation does with Roger Stone’s and Paul Manafort’s lies and silence, that there was insufficient evidence of a conspiracy because the federal theft statute does not cover stolen electronic data and they could not place a value on the information sought in the Trump Tower meeting. The Senate found that the Trump campaign contacts enabled the Russian active measures. Trump then attempted to sell out US foreign policy in exchange for the announcement of an investigation by Ukraine into tot Bidens. And now Trump is caught with top secret compartmentalized and other documents that he stole from the government and refused to give back; it is stealing even if he came lawfully into possession of the documents for them to be kept from the lawful owner once demanded back. Like lending your car to someone who keeps it. Then he lies about a stolen election, attempts to extort the SOS in Georgia and they run a scheme to submit fake electors to Congress while Trump incites a riot he says he will lead and then he sits back and let’s it happen. And the GOP assails the government. And the candidates that support Trump win everywhere. This is how autocrats become enabled. They need people to give them power. Vote GOP and this is what you get. And it’s in you if you do. This is their normal. And let’s not hear “but the Dems.” “But Hunter Biden.”

A Sarasota candidate for Congress says he would have killed the FBI agents who searched former President Donald Trump's property if they tried to do the same thing to his home.

"I wish they'd turn up at my home 'cause they'd have gone home in a body bag," Sarasota businessman Martin Hyde says in a new video.

Hyde is a Republican running for Congress against U.S. Rep. Vern Buchanan, R-Longboat Key. He has been a magnet for controversy, with his campaign imploding after he was caught on camera in February berating a Sarasota police officer and threatening her job during a traffic stop.

It appeared Hyde might drop out of the race, but he paid the qualifying fee and has remained a candidate. His campaign hasn't attracted much attention since then until now, when Hyde put out the inflammatory video in the closing stretch of the Aug. 23 primary.

Was going to say the same thing. I see lots of shady looking dudes with “back the blue” stickers and I’m like… yeah right. Guy probably identifies as Christian too lmao.

Based on that interaction at the traffic stop, he can’t even make the distinction between local cops and “the feds”, as ludicrous as that distinction would be anyway. It’s all a farce

 

I was going to ask why my thread was moved, I didn’t realize there was another MAGA lunatic in the news for threatening law enforcement. These wannabe federal against killers need to be stopped.

 

They only “back the blue” when they’re wiping out unarmed citizens. Once the focus is on bringing down crooked politicians, suddenly they support feds being killed in the line of duty. A very mentally ill contingent.
