They had a valid search warrant, signed off on by the courts. So what evidence do you have of a 4th Amendment violation? Or do you think laws don't apply to Trump?
Why don’t you elaborate? Cite case law. Educate all of us with your understanding of the Fourth Amendment. Apply the facts to law.
Illegal search and seizure. This is what the 8-9th time and SEVEN YEARS that the libs have been throwing spaghetti noodles against the wall to have none of them stick. The whole point of all of this bs is because they are trying to prevent Trump from running in '24,. even my own Uber liberal mother can see it.
Very libby response from you, why am I not surprised...lol. Read the 4th Amendment to the Constitution my libby friend. Watch and cry my Libbie friend.
So you really have nothing. All the puffery in the world doesn't make an argument a strong one. Which is unfortunate for you, because that is all you have.
What's hilarious is that I don't care for Trump but his policies were very good for the American people. So a question for you libs on here, you have to ask yourself since you guys were screaming to have Trump removed from office based on the 25th Amendment in the Constitution. What are you guys gonna do when Bidenheimers is going to get impeached for the 25th Amendment...then you guys will have Kamala as your Prez...LMAO!!!!!
Ahh, well known even-handed legal analysts there. Make your case. In your own words. You claim to have the IQ to do it...Don't be lazy...
How do you know they had a valid search warrant. Case number and study please. You mean like the other ones that the FBI lied on and forged the filings? Like those?
You can read it... READ: Search warrant for Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort | CNN Politics Case number is 22-MJ-8332-BER. I am beginning to think that you don't have a good handle on the subject. Let us know if you need any additional help with highly publicized facts of the case.
And yet, you seem to not be able to make a basic argument. Is it because of ignorance about the facts of the case?
I said to address facts and case law. The way real courts make real decisions. There is nothing “Libby” about now courts work or make 4th Amendment decisions. There is a wide body of case law over a long period of time. Instead, you post a podcast. With a mocking comment, all of which underscores your utter ignorance of the subject.
I gave you the lawyer version already. Ok I can play your game show me case study and precedent that it's not illegal.
Watch the video. Ok your turn cite me case study and precedent where this is ok. I like playing lib games.
Lol, what is "case study?" You mean case law? Do you really need case law backing the fact that police are allowed to search a residence after receiving a search warrant for a residence?
