In what post did I ever say I wanted the law enforcement officer to have a gun on the bus during the trip? I would say have them unarmed or at most with a taser/stun gun. And even if it wasn't a law enforcement officer (say just a Texas state official) I would support them having a taser/stun gun. Please quote exactly where I said the law enforcement officer would have a gun on the bus or apologize for the false accusation.

A cop implies a gun man, why else would you say cop. Anyone can be an unarmed chaperone lol.

Not good enough. I want an apology unless you can directly quote from a previous post on this topic where I said the cop would have a gun.

The problem with that is if they go where they have family that means they stay in the border states. Which means the border states unfairly get the entire burden and the Democrats continue to get to say "we're all for open borders" while getting to secretly have a "not in my backyard" mentality. And they get to get away with it knowing their areas are nowhere near the border. This brings the border to them. This makes them have to address the issue. This makes the border crisis at least somewhat more real to them.

Sorry but regardless of family each state should have to shoulder the burden equally in relation to its population.

Sadly as a RINO I know Abbott won't do much. As long they are out of Texas he has achieved his main objective.

What cops dont carry guns, you know what you meant man. You want people to do what they are told under threat of violence because you are mad that they arent doing it as it is.

No it isn’t. Paroled immigrants aren’t prisoners. Passengers can get off busses whenever they want.

Well we can officially say on here that wgbgator is wrong. I had one simple request which was for the poster to quote exactly where I said the law enforcement officer would have a gun. Wgbgator can not fulfill that request as I never said that. Until you have provided that quote wgbgator I won't be answering any of your questions on this topic.

So you can order a greyhound bus to stop to let you off at a destination you did not agree to? You can order a pilot to reroute a plane to let you off at a destination you did not agree to?

Are the illegal immigrants being forced on these buses? The answer is no so it is already completely voluntary. They get on the bus voluntarily and they get on the bus agreeing to the destination.

Maybe what the Texas governor needs to do is start flying them from Texas to DC. No way to get off before the destination then.

These immigrants aren’t illegal. They are people who presented at the border and sought asylum. They are lawfully in the country without status. Calling them illegal is a pejorative. We get you hate immigrants. Your post reeks of it. I live in Miami Dade County. Immigrants changed the face of this area and helped make it a great city.

You can absolutely get let off a bus or plane at somewhere that isnt your destination if you become enough of a disturbance. You might even get that police escort you want people to have.

And most of those asylum claims aren't legitimate. The reason:

"My country is a sh*thole country".

While sad that is not a valid reason to claim asylum. And why aren't these illegal immigrants claiming asylum in Mexico? Per international asylum rules you are supposed to claim asylum in the nearest country with a stable government to your home country. Asylum is not a pick and choose situation.

Asylum is supposed to mostly be for individuals facing political persecution or death due to being against the ruling political party / dictator in their country. How many illegal immigrants at the border are fleeing their country due to this specific situation?

It does irritate me how abused the asylum situation has become.

Ah, replacement theory. It took a few posts, but everyone who posted here was on to you from the first post. We will leave out the next sentence. Which would violate the roles here. Btw: asylum seekers can’t vote. They aren’t yet Citizens.

Glad you enjoy Miami. I personally think its the most overrated city in the country. Complete sh*thole for the most part. I was down in Miami back in May and even South Beach is looking pretty rough these days. Rampant crime and one of the few places I genuinely felt unsafe, even in South Beach. Only nice area where I felt pretty safe was Coral Gables / Coconut Grove and those areas are nice. I'm sure the islands are nice as well but they aren't for people like me.

But yes gotta love Miami, where if you speak English you essentially aren't welcome. Good luck even trying to go to a fast food place or gas station. You don't speak Spanish, you aren't welcome and even if you are no one will understand you anyway. And yes I know from experience. On two different trips to Miami I've left fast food places because there was literally no one there who could understand me and even take the order. So yeah sorry if I don't share your view of Miami.

So you also now prejudge their claims.

The claim "my country is a sh*thole country" is sad but not a valid claim for asylum. If that's their only claim it should be summarily rejected and the applicant should not be granted access into the country.

And yet you have kept coming here. And real estate and rents are through the roof because people keep moving here. Or buying places. Then, again, when you see Spanish people like you do, it isn’t the place for you.
