Seems like this started sometime last week. Someone on the UM staff was tweeting about UF staff negatively recruiting against them with one of their committed guys. Never saw a name associated with it though (player or staff member).

This is 100% true, we didn't recruit him to coach us as much and he recruited our team to be the one he coaches. He recruited us.

He even refused to interview with other SEC schools/teams just to wait for the Gator's head coaching job to open up.

 

Yes and no. AR does have remarkable athletic ability, but has yet to show he won't make bad reads and throw into coverage. Until he proves otherwise, there is that comparison between him and EJ, as unfortunate as it is.

 

grant1, you are correct if one looks at it objectively. I think ALOT of us are wearing O&B glasses. But AR has another year under his belt, a potentially improved offensive line, and a new staff.

I will keep my O&B glasses on, until proved otherwise.

AM opens up with Sam Houston and then Appalachian st. Then Miami at home. Starts at 9:00...Blowout.

 

Although I won't exactly be all excited for Jumbo and A&M either.

I will trust the staff for now. If we were still sitting at 35th I could imagine some desperation. But aside from some work to do at LB and OL this class is really solid. And fwiw, I hope we are still going after a committed LB.
