Under the new convoluted voting in Alaska, the odds are Sarah Palin will be in the US House of Representatives. Here's Where Things Stand for Sarah Palin in Alaska House Special Election (townhall.com) When the 3rd place finishers votes are reallocated and the mail-ins are counted on September 2, the winner will be announced for the current unfinished term. With the other republican eliminated, the 2nd place votes allocated will put Palin over 50%. The top 4 in the primary for the November midterm election advance. Unless the 3rd place republican can unseat Palin for the #2 position between now and election day, the same play through will exist and Palin will win that election too. Don't be confused into thinking the democrat leader at this time has any chance. There is zero chance of a democrat winning this seat.
Governor is probably somewhat taxing, in terms of time commitment. I guess she found out a house of rep is basically a 2 year no-show job, she can spend all her time fundraising, and all she has to it is vote how she’s told.

Her "out there" persona was perpetuated by the left. A left that by the way would has called the right sexist and bigoted had they have done the same to female candidates and elected officials. I wouldn't want her on a ticket, but she beats the heck out of alot of others and is at least a real conservative unlike the MTG and Trumps of the world.
