If she's guilty of anything, is not bowing down to the Orange God. Because Rs aren't conservatives anymore. They are Trump subjects.

Well she is in favor of respecting democratic elections. That is different than the trumpistas who want an authoritarian tyrant to rule them.

 

The lack of perspective around Liz Cheney is inexplicable. Cheney is by all accounts one of the most conservative ones there (using historical standards) but morons call her a lib and a democrat. I just shake my head.

Not quite as bad are Democrats who think they would like her as President. By all accounts she has the same superhawk neocon interventionist tendencies that her father did. She excoriated Obama because he was not nearly aggressive enough, and wanted much more actions taken in the name of preventing terrorism. Anybody who didn’t buy into being a world freedom crusader of fearing terrorists at every turn she dubbed as lacking patriotism.

Her sister is gay, but LC flipped her position on gay marriage to against in order to appease Wyoming Republican voters.

I give her full credit for having the courage to stand against her short term interests, as well as handling herself with poise and professionalism in the hearings. But I’m pretty sure Democrats would not be happy with an LC presidency.

 

Really? Seems that if she is a Democrat she's not much of one considering that she voted against the bill that Biden signed into law today and probably every other piece of legislation supported by Old Joe and the Democratic congressional majority.
