$ buys lots of things, including Governor and senate positions! Like Rick said "He is a RINO", and the very definition of same. Hillary won the popular vote? She probably stole the popular vote in 16. Then the Dems figured out how to fill in the blanks and stole the whole thing in 20! How is that working out for you??

Guy leveraged a massive financial fraud into a governorship and Senate seat. Not only is that not a RINO, that practically makes him the Proto-Republican. Bonus points for fealty to Trump.

I met a Florida governor right after he was elected, Bob Graham. It was an unofficial gathering at a mutual family friend's home. We talked for a few minutes and I headed to the bar. Met him again several years later at a smaller gathering. He walked right up to me and said my name, shook my hand and asked how I was doing. The host (same family friend) invited me to sit and walked off, leaving me alone with Governor Graham in their living room. We chatted for six or seven minutes, mostly about me, then one of his daughter's walked in and he introduced me to her. I think it was Sissy. I excused myself and headed home thinking I was kind of special.

Had a similar story. Used to eat lunch in Miami Lakes where he resided and saw him a few times. Very friendly/chatty in a non politician way. Seemed like good guy.

I'd be really surprised if she wins, but ...

Demings leads Rubio in heated Senate race, DeSantis remains voters' top choice for governor in new poll

I could have forgiven Graham for going to DC and going full Dem if he hadn’t forced Bill Arnsparger on us.

My Florida Governor story is as a kid going to the Gov. Mansion for a lunch with a handful of people including a family member. Chiles was playing with his dog in the front yard when we arrived. I remember being surprised by that. He was very gracious to me before and during the lunch. I didn’t understand half the conversation because it was over my head. I do remember at the time feeling a bit weird that what seemed to be the entire service crew was Black.

Don't recall that connection other than Graham being a Dolphin fan.

The RINOs are the profit at all cost, and start a war somewhere, politicians... So you got that backwards.

Well, Scott feeling vulnerable is Step 1. Now, when I hear that McConnell is being threatened to be ousted, THEN we are getting somewhere.

And if I ever hear that Pelosi and Shumer actually may lose their jobs (Speaker/Leader or elections), well then, we may actually have people with their brains FINALLY turning on.

    Hey, I can dream, can't I?

LMAO!!! To be fair the establishment pubs are getting pushed out by the new generation of younger more conservative pubs.

Graham and Arnsparger had been neighbors. Graham “made some calls” when UF was looking for an AD. If Arnaparger had been able to make the hire on his own, we would have had Mike Archer instead of Steve Spurrier. Arnsparger also ran off Sloan and couldn’t get the baseball ship righted.

Never take anything for granted. Every vote counts. Rick is just trying to get the turnout to vote as high as possible.

Look at Wyoming. They tied 40-point loser blocks around Liz Cheney's legs and then dropped her into the ocean.

Rick was trying to get the vote out when he created a plan to marginalize Social Security and Medicare?
Between that and the Pubs on the wrong side of Roe Wade..... there will be voter turnout.
