When it's your job, it'll be okay. Just grin and bear it. Stagflation has 2 of the 3 ingredients, negative GDP and high inflation. The White House denies either exists, but they aren't living it just as you likely won't be losing your job. A slowdown is when your neighbor loses his job. A recession is when you lose your job.
No. We are in stagflation which I rooted for the Biden Administration to course correct to avoid starting with fossil fuel energy policies which they are never going to do.
Many of these so called experts are expecting some WORSE than a recession coming soon. I fully expect the stock market to crash a few thousand points any day now...
So you've shorted the market indexes then? Because that would make you quite a bit of money if you are right.
No, never mentioned my money/profits... and I hate the people that are shorting my investment stocks...
Well, then it is cheap talk. If you fully expected that, why wouldn't you make huge amounts of money?
You and that last guy are way off on a tangent... The stock market is going to crash, not because of how I invest or don't invest. It literally has nothing to do with my investments. But I suspect that more and more rich investors will cashout of the stock market in short order because of the political landscape not just here but from all around the world.
Of course the market doesn't depend on your actions. But if you are so sure of this, why are you not shorting the market? You are choosing to lose money? Or do you not really believe this as fully as you claim?
Nah, not me, but the big investment firms that are cashing out will make a dent in it soon enough. China is ready for a huge economic disruption... that will bring everyone down with them, including the U.S.A.. China's economy is one big construction/development Ponzi scheme... I do hope that I am wrong about that too.
Then go make money on it. If you think you can predict what the big investors are going to do, then why are you choosing not to monetize that? Unless all of this is cheap talk...
Lol... I'm not worried about specific stocks, just the market as a whole and all the freaking panic that goes with it. I'll keep my stocks where they are and ride this thing out like most all American will do.
