It's a lot, (30g) but its mostly from the fruit. I eat mostly Tuna or Salmon for lunch daily and tree nuts for a pre/post gym snack. Very little irt sweets in my daily life, so my sugar intake is almost exclusively in the smoothie and thats almost no added sugars. My macros are fairly even for breakfast and lunch combined. Those two meals are high in protein and good fats. Low in saturated fat and low in cholesterol. The sugar qty is low for a whole days worth, but if you have any sugar related issues, its definately a can of soda like level, but again, not processed or added sugar.
Hopefully most of your salmon is wild salmon. Farmed salmon is absolutely gross the way it is raised.
