Government is all we got. Please don’t pretend those Yahoo!’s will save us from ourselves. I will keep repeating my point. Government doesn’t need to get any larger.

The House is a reasonable forecast although I think the total will be closer to 230 than 235. The Senate isn't going to happen and in fact the Democrats may end up increasing their narrow majority by flipping the open seats in Pennsylvania (likely) and Ohio (a real possibility) as well as Ron Johnson's seat in Wisconsin. The Republicans would have been able to flip the Senate seat in Georgia if they nominated anyone else besides Herschel Walker. Raphael Warnock is a virtual certainty to hold the seat now. Along with the Dobbs decision the likely announcement by Trump that he will be seeking the Republican presidential nomination in 2024 will go along towards motivating Democrats to vote in the midterms

No to the Pennsylvania socialist with no real work background and in poor health. Ohio is going to throw out Tim Ryan who has a 100% voting record with Biden even though he refused to be seen on stage with him. Wisconsin would be a definite if only votes in Dane County/Madison are counted which it is not the case. Georgia is 50:50. Warnock has his own issues. Georgia loves Herschel warts and all, Warnock not so much. The one I'm most uncomfortable with is Georgia which had a weird primary season going their own way from how republicans performed around the country.

The 235 in the house could be understated. I would not be surprised by a few more.

The 51 in the senate may be wishful thinking, but I think the American people will be voting with their pocketbook and food on the table issues which favors republican by far after 19 months of the Biden Administration stagflation fiasco. The senate may not flip until 2024 when the elections lines up better for the republicans, but I wish for at least 51. ;)

The democrat socialists have been working hard to run against Trump, but he isn't on the ballot. I find it hard to believe the left is going to turn out to vote against Orange Man Bad when they are hurting so much due the Biden laws and policies the midterm candidates can't run on.

Funny then that you started a thread to crow about how many of Trump's endorsements are winning. Dems are running against Trump, against the right-wing wackos that are now the mainstream of the Repub party, and against candidates who want to ban abortion. Turnout won't be a problem.

    President Trump's Endorsements: 192-11

    Pennsylvania Senate polls:
    Pennsylvania : U.S. Senate : 2022 Polls

Oz has never polled ahead of Fetterman, the closest poll, with Fetterman ahead by 6, was funded by John Bolton Super PAC. Fox News has Fetterman +11.

    Ohio Senate polls:
    Ohio : U.S. Senate : 2022 Polls

Vance hasn't led in over a month, and his biggest lead in June was +3. Which is the small end of how far down he is now.

    Georgia Senate polls:
    Georgia : U.S. Senate : 2022 Polls

Here we do actually have a poll showing Walker ahead, but only one, and it was John Bolton Super PAC.

The Pennsylvania socialist with no work experience seems to be doing better than the television doctor who has devolved from a respected surgeon to a pusher of questionable remedies and a supporter of the former president's false narrative.

Two Democrat Senate seats the Republicans thought that they could flip. Interestingly the Republican nominees are candidates supported by Trump who won the Republican primaries in their states defeating more moderate candidates.

Couldn't find more recent polls however the trend is obvious.

Yeah, Walker looks like the only flip opportunity for the GOP in the Senate and the Dems are going to win Pennsylvania, Ohio and have a good shot at Wisconsin and Rubio.

The Fox stuff was a joke… I think you would agree a GOP run House is going to be spending its time working on Hunter Biden and seeking articles of impeachment.

The #1 priority is to stop the Biden socialist agenda from doing further damage. Unfortunately, the tax and spend doesn't lower inflation law is horrible from top to bottom and will lead to more and higher stagflation at least through 2023 and possibly most of 2024 too. Fortunately, it's not as large as the dems originally wanted at $3.0 trillion. It'll be reversed as a top priority in January 2025.

Impeachment = waste of time, but investigations aplenty of democrats.

Hunter Biden = yes, but the US KGB won't move on it even if you hit them over the head with the evidence. It'll bring the sitting president into it too and that won't be allowed under out two-tier unequal justice system.

The real work won't start until 2025.

You're probably right insofar as impeachment is concerned considering that the subject was never and would have been never given serious consideration by one of the two political parties. Unlike 1974 when Nixon would have been impeached and probably removed from office the Republican Party of today has placed loyalty to the then president above the rule of law.

As far as Hunter Biden is concerned you appear to be exhibiting symptoms of Hunter Biden Derangement Syndrome (HBDS) and speaking of Hunter he actually is being investigated by the DOJ and his investigation is supported by most Democrats.
Investigate Hunter Biden? Most Democrats say yes. Investigate Trump? Most Republicans say no.
Federal investigation of Hunter Biden reaches critical juncture, sources say - CNNPolitics

It will happen. The House will be focused on making Biden a lame duck and really sitting on their hands for 2 years. No different than the Dems in their situation. I don’t see a Contract with America type House.

Not sure about that. A crime is a crime. If there is evidence of a crime it should be investigated.

What is the real work? Other than undoing what you say is a socialist agenda… what is the GOP platform?

Math is hard for Pubs. 14M voters in Fl and 5.15 M are Pubs. and 4.95M are Democrats. Seems you need about 7M to become a majority. Might want to recheck that memo. SMH
