FBI Executed a Warrant at Mar a Lago; the Investigation Continues

While riding his mountain bike and doing his nightly neighborhood watch rounds, Trump came upon Biden, Hillary and George Soros selling a truckload of classified documents to the Taliban, Antifa and Black Lives Matter (who have all formed a coalition to destroy the Unites States.) He leapt off his hike and attempted to arrest the three, but with Liz Cheney's help, they escaped into the night.
He was, however, able to secure the documents and transport them back to safekeeping at Mar-a-Lago. He was about to return them to the proper authorities when Biden's jackbooted FBI agents stormed his home and took them.
The truth will all come out soon.

The “anonymous source” on something like this is probably either Wray or the assistant director with Wray and/or Garland’s blessing.

I recall that Comey actually testified to that as far as the FBI goes, basically only the director and assistant director are authorized to give the media leads on national security matters (and I’d bet DOJ has similar policy). I severely doubt some random agent would step out of his lane in the middle of this (that would more likely happen if the govt was covering up or not acting on an investigation, a frustrated agent might go rogue or act more as a whistleblower). “Anonymous source authorized to speak” to me is basically code language for with the FBI directors blessing (imo).

 

Exactly what I was saying a day or so ago. Even if he did everything by the book (which seems unlikely) any President that would abuse his power to declassify Top Secret documents for his own personal profit, pleasure, what ever, should be looked upon as a pariah and be held in contempt by all Americans.

Have to ask myself would MAGA nation as well as Trump's fellow travelers in the Republican Party feel differently if the classified documents were similar but the premises being searched by the FBI was the apartment of Edward Snowden rather than the Mar-a-Lago estate of Donald Trump?

 

The hilarious notion that Trump could declassify docs in his head appeals to the cult as it panders to the all-powerful Emperor beloved idea. Next I anticipate they'll also buy in 100% on the mental Presidential pardons that Trump gave himself and Gaetz, Johnson, MTG, Meadows, etc. the day before was evicted from office. Nothing is too low for the gullible cultists to blindly accept.

 

Just replace the word Trump with Obama and ask yourself how the Republicans would be reacting. Yeah, yeah, Obama declassified documents in his head. All is well. lol

Using this as a defense against 793 charges puts you in quite the pickle. It may prevent him from getting indicted but it simultaneously demonstrates he is unqualified to be President. I mean, what kind Commander in Chief declassifies documents he hasn't even read that may have national security, privacy and diplomatic ramifications? It's insanely dangerous.

Thankfully, you cannot both say this faux practice absolves him of criminality and he's fit to be president.

 

Exactly correct. This was an actual bona fide witch hunt. At the expense of repetition as I earlier analyzed this issue in this thread, allow me to explain.

Trump leaves office.
Trump waives magic wand.
Poof.
Classified documents are declassified.
DOJ comes after Trump, searching for the witch able to pull off this magical fete.

And, to their credit, they caught themselves a witch!

 

No, because no one is going to say under oath that this policy ever existed nor will there be any paper trail proving its existence. It's a post facto justification invented in the last couple days.

 

I'm happy to look at that law you are referring to if you want to provide it. Also can you elaborate on this Obama executive order for me and how it does or does not apply?

 

The truly bizarre thing is how quickly they just accept the changing narratives. They were planted! No wait, they were ALL declassified! No wait, But Hillary! No wait, our lord god has absolute authority to do whatever he wants!

 

Most people blinded by partisan rage are overlooking the fact that it's not about the raid, it's about the idea of raiding a high level political actor combined with the suspect behavior of the DOJ and the FBI in the intervening days.

It is my opinion that raids against high profile political actors should not be conducted unless there is a red hot blazing smoking gun situation that *everyone regardless of their wingnut politics* can agree is a crime. This is a very dangerous game to play.

The way this should have gone down is that Garland should have held a news conference immediately after the raid. Like within hours. Instead he gives a 5 minute statement 3 days later and the DOJ and FBI immediately going into anonymous leaking mode directly after. Not good enough.
