Well, we know more than they took some boxes out. We don’t know specifically what was taken, but we know that the documents carry, at least as of today, classifications of highly classified, classified and sensitive, amongst other documents.

But yea, everything else is pure, rank speculation.

Yep, probable cause sounds like a legal term that means nothing to the average person on the street. I think the way search warrants should work is more specific than "probable cause". In street language "probable cause" equates to a fishing expedition break-in/RAID by the DOJ.

It's all hearsay at this point. But I love having fun with the people here that take the "media" and their people's suppositions so seriously, not you per se... but others here.

It is in the Constitution...read the 4th amendment. Probable cause is the standard for search.

Actually the commie at least in terms of loyalty is the former president with the orange complexion not the DOJ. Keep in mind the Trump said that he would take the word of a former KGB colonel rather than his own intelligence agencies also keeping in mind that said former KGB colonel referred to the fall of the Soviet Union as a great geopolitical tragedy.

And I suppose the DOJ has a legal fishing expedition license to RAID the place?

It's always fun. But sometimes it can get serious... :D

These people are up in arms about my posts and it's hilarious to see how much time and life's energy they put into things that they/we cannot really change... especially right here.

The silly thing about it is now that the media has called it espionage the folks here will run with that. What makes me laugh is nobody here can give a logical answer as to why Donald Trump would be a foreign spy. Maybe it is to pay for those Russian hookers that peed on his bed. It will be interesting where they spin this one.

Yeah, that's sound pretty darn specific to me... But was that specified on the RAID WARRANT?

You've posted this comment twice now. In the bigger picture (former POTUS illegally possessing and denying he had top secret documents), how important is it to anyone other than yourself that some posters predicted a future outcome wrong.

It is specified on the Search Warrant. There is no such thing as a Raid Warrant. Stop making things up.

I guess "different pov" is technically an accurate way to describe someone who thinks the real Americans are the ones who support the person currently under investigation for espionage.

They appeared to RAID the compound? The search word and RAID word are just simple semantics... a distinction without a difference.

You act as it Trump has been under investigation for "espionage" for a long time, and that we chose to support President Trump having known that?

However... even now I support him and I will vote for him.

I hope I boosted your blood pressure... It's my goal... Lol j/k.

There is a lot more to classified information than just nuclear secrets. Even if he had zero nuclear information at Mar a Lago, that doesn’t mean there isn’t very sensitive information. It appears he did have nuclear info, but none of us here know for sure. What we do know is he at least had highly classified info there.

No, what Trump had his army of orcs and trolls do at the capitol on Jan 6 was a raid. What happened at Trump's house was a search.
