@Gatorrick22 - it seems to me your entire argument is comprised of denying the known facts as described by the search warrant and trump's own inferences. And yelling.

Have you considered re-evaluating your position given the tactics you now have to resort to?

While that is mostly true, it’s serious enough that the declassification of certain information would be grounds for use of the 25th Amendment. You don’t declassify info so that you can take it to your house, you declassify it because it’s no longer sensitive and/or there is some compelling reason to do so. For example, I was involved with writing up a Medal of Honor for one of our guys and we needed to get the Task Force Commander to declassify certain aspects of the mission in order to submit the packet. That would be an appropriate use of declassification.

 

Declassified stuff? I don't know, but The President can declassify what ever he wants to declassify.

And The President is a head of every agency while he was POTUS, including the DOE agency. They were under his leadership and control so no rules that the DOE have can override his authority.

Trump they're probably pics of Dems (Trump was once a Dems in New York and friends to all of them) in very compromising positions?

 

I'm not sure him declassifying a bunch of top secret documents and having them in his personal residence is the defense you think it is.

 

He didn't have to tell you personally... So, don't get upset over it.
