The Mueller report is linked here.
Links to reference sites includes COVID references/links In volume 2 he found sufficient evidence of all elements of 3 obstruction charges. But he didn’t charge because of the OlC guidance re a sitting president

Bill Clinton sold China everything we had as far as top secret materials and he got nothing...

Do you think that if Bill Clinton can make illegal millions of dollars selling secrets to the Chinese/CCP, that President Trump could have come close to that? Not only that the whole RAID WAS NOTHING MORE THAN A FISHING EXPEDITION.

I've had enough of your insults.

I think the truth is somewhere in the middle. He felt the could not charge trump by policy leaving it up to Congress to act (they didn't).

Mueller: I did not clear Trump of obstruction of justice

"If Robert Mueller wanted to charge President Donald Trump with obstruction, he found all he needed to do it.

And he found it on multiple fronts. But he didn’t make a decision on whether to bring the case.

Mueller’s report Thursday walked through excruciating detail of evidence in the obstruction of justice investigation and legal analysis, hitting over and over again how prosecutors had enough to meet the legal threshold for a case against Trump."

Mueller had everything he needed to charge Trump with obstruction, but didn't | CNN Politics

I saw the return in the warrant identifying documents classified at the highest level of secrecy. And I read the public source reporting form WAPO and The Murdoch owned Wall Street Journal reporting that the documents concerned nuclear secrets. And Trump has no business having those documents. No matter the level of classification. Those documents do not belong at Mar a Lago. The classified, secret and Top Secret documents should not have been downloaded from the secret facilities they are kept in in the White House. Shame on anyone who stands with him

So what? The President of The United States can declassify any document he has physical access to, and you know that's true.

Also, tell us about how Bill Clinton got away with SELLING OUR NATIONAL SECRETS to the CCP for money?

The mistrust comes from the people committed to mistrust, especially when it comes to Merrick Garland. This is the guy who prosecuted and convicted the Oklahoma City bombers, the Olympic Bombers and the Unabomber. He's a brilliant prosecutor and would have made a great Supreme Court Justice but at this moment in history, he's exactly where we need him to be.

When I go fishing, I don’t really know what size of Redfish I am going to catch. It seems when the FBI goes fishing at Trump’s place, they catch exactly what they claimed they would catch.

I now what to go fishing at Trump’s place...

Lol... yeah, perfectly, legally declassified minutia. I mean it's not like he had our rocket and missile technology that Bill Clinton sold to the Chinese/CCP... or anything that important.

Also, when you go fishing, you are allowed to catch ONLY the fish that is legal to catch at the time... like in a search warrant. Funny how they both have such specific rules.

No he can’t. Not nuclear secrets. Those need to be passed on by the Department of Energy too. And he didn’t declassify any of this. The classified documents are marked according to the level of classification still. That is what the return inventory on the warrant says. And he isn’t president now. He can’t declassify this now. And none of this belongs to him. He is a thief. He kept documents that don’t belong to him. The big story here is why.

There is no indication that the documents were declassified. And no, the President simply saying "I want to show these off to my buddies. I hereby declare these are unclassified" to nobody in particular is not how declassification works. Nor can he declassify them now because he is not President.

If you're gonna tell us "what documents?" and "have you seen them?", how in the hell can you claim you know exactly what they are and that they're legally declassified?

What we know right now is that the FBI took possession of a number of items, including several boxes of documents marked "top secret". The former president is not authorized to possess those documents, which is why the FBI took possession of them.
