What kind of American are you, slamming two of our greatest institutions lead by patriots, one of whom was appointed by Trump? On the one hand, you pronounce America the greatest country on earth, yet on the other slam two of the institutions which make it great.
Wheeler has an interesting assertion. Potentially, by withholding classified docs, trump exposed himself to the FBI getting EVERYTHING. Docs from his presidency, classified or not, may be deemed as government property under the Presidential Records Act (PRA). As such, any potential J6 docs may be legally used against him. It would have been highly unlikely the FBI could or would execute a search warrant for just those. edit: crap... f bomb. deleting the tweet.
I completely agree with the first part of the post, as to the second part, IMO we don’t have near enough evidence to make a judgement. Ymmv
A better American than you and the people you support. I can't believe that you would be so naive and ignorant an ignorant to think no one in the FBI or the DOJ is crooked
I think it is the folks who come across as believing everybody at DOJ or the FBI is crooked, every election is fraud, etc.
Don’t distort what I said, dude! No institution is perfect. Mistakes are made by rogue individuals occasionally. I never said otherwise. Comey made a mistake with Clinton. The FBI made a mistake with the FISA warrant. You’ve never done anything here but criticize those institutions all the time for everything they do as regards Trump. Anyone who does that is not a better citizen than I am. You put an individual over country, and a despicable man at that. That’s un-American.
Haven’t seen anyone claim “nobody” at the FBI is crooked. Problem is, this search warrant requires dozens if not hundreds of people to be crooked. It requires the agents to be crooked. It assumes the judge is crooked. It assumes the FBI director (a Trump appointee!) is crooked. It assumes Merrick Garland is crooked. Alternatively, and bear with me a second, maybe it’s Trump that is crooked.
The FBI did everything they could to keep this quiet. The FBI made the right decision to wait until Trump wasn't home, and didn't announce to the press this was happening. But once Trump released the information that he was being raided, there was nothing that could put the toothpaste back in the tube. Trump made this political. If the information is that classified, and the FBI/DOJ thought it was absolutely necessary to retrieve it, the FBI/DOJ did everything right. They first tried to get the documents back by asking. When that didn't work, they got a subpoena issued. When that didn't work, they had no other recourse but the last resort of a raid. If Trump ultimately faces charges from this, it's his own fault. Trump had ample opportunity to cooperate and make this go away quietly. I don't think Trump invited the raid, but instead, Trump thought Garland, a nerd looking bookworm didn't have the cojones to actually send in the FBI. As someone put it, Trump plays checkers, and Garland plays chess.
Should be blowing up people on both sides. Do you think it's okay if he took classified documents related to nuclear weapons?
Now... he stole NUCLEAR SECRETS... The entire group of alphabet soup agencies need to be completely overhauled. The murderous people are just flinging everything they have at the wall to see if something sticks... We've known that President Trump did in fact win the 2020 election and they know it too. The Intel Gestapo will not let him win again... they need to be purged.... fired. You your critical thinking... Where did President Trump GET THESE NUCLEAR SECRETS FROM? HOW DID HE GET THEM? Does this sound even remotely plausible? HAIL NO... Use your brains people....
Reminds of an old comment, you know, five ex wives can’t all be wrong. You can apply that to Chief of Staffs at your peril
Oh my, someone is going to down for this. No one writes about Big Gov Ron like that and doesn't end up on the end of a new authoritarian law!
