Wow, you might be on to something. Giving body armor would also help reduce the 10,000 or so blacks who are murdered each year which I’m sure even you recognize is by far a much bigger problem than police violence.

I wouldn't want to be the arbiter of who those people are but in many cases - like this - the people themselves make that decision.
