He is not going to fight the release of the warrant or the return. He is going to agree and shift to another strategy

In case anybody is wondering what those seized documents might be related to, DoJ threw us a pretty good bone:

One of the two attorneys signing off on today's motion to unseal the search warrant is Jay Bratt, who is the head of this department at DoJ:

    Counterintelligence and Export Control Section

The Counterintelligence and Export Control Section (CES) supervises the investigation and prosecution of cases affecting national security, foreign relations, and the export of military and strategic commodities and technology. The Section has executive responsibility for authorizing the prosecution of cases under criminal statutes relating to espionage, sabotage, neutrality, and atomic energy. It provides legal advice to U.S. Attorney's Offices and investigative agencies on all matters within its area of responsibility, which includes 88 federal statutes affecting national security. It also coordinates criminal cases involving the application of the Classified Information Procedures Act. In addition, the Section administers and enforces the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 and related disclosure statutes.

Trump was ABSOLUTELY going to leverage the United States.

The warrant will identify the areas to be searched, possible offenses and an inventory generally describing what was found. It will not identify the factual basis for the warrant or the content of the documents

I don’t think so. I think if the papers suggest he is holding hyper sensitive documents, and reference any of his misuse of the documents, he will not want those allegations public.

One has to have a sense of shame to be embarrassed. If he can pivot from being outraged about 1/6 to visiting and fawning all over Trump in FL in a matter of days, I’m sure he will have no trouble pivoting from this if he has to.

What did these 30 FBI agents do for 9 hrs? They reportedly took 12 boxes with them. 12. 9hrs. for 12 boxes?

66 pages of you all not only being okay with this 9 hr. raid, but making excuses for the reasons not really known why it took place. This seems pretty hypocritical. The FBI has looked really foolish and corrupt the last 10+ years. If I was Trump, I'd want my estate swept for bugs. They have bugged him before. The FBI has been after him since he won the election in 2016 and covered up for the corrupt democrats and their families time and time again. This last raid of a President's home has even brought forward some of the biggest Never Trumper's to the side of the President. You have to do something very dumb and out of bounds to get these Trump haters to stick out their necks for him. These are guys spending a lot of time and money to defeat him.

    From the NY Post :
Barack Obama took with him 30 million pages of documents with him when he left office. Historians were “outraged” over this move. Yet Obama claimed he was allowed to, citing the very law Democrats are saying Trump broke. Obama promised he’d “digitize” all these files and make them available to the National Archives.Yet it’s been over five years since he left office and not one of those files is available online. Despite all this, the FBI did not think it was necessary to raid Obama’s home or office.

He stole nuclear secrets? How does any self-respecting American defend him after finding that out?

30 million pages are you sure? Now he did store some documents under the supervision of the national archives for his presidential library.
