Change the funding model for schools so that schools in poor neighborhoods have the same access to resources school in rich neighborhoods have.
More teachers, more classroom space, modern textbooks, more computers for students, more internet access for students. I would start there.
Nah, they dont even have to take more money from almost anyone. Just have to imagine a country without lots of cops and prisons and a guarantuan military/secruity state to keep everyone in line or corprations taking all the money out of your pocket for things the government could do at less expense to you.
So there are more teachers in affluent public schools zones? That doesn’t sound correct. It seems the parents aren’t staying together and aren’t teaching their kids the value of education and hard work. Can the government instill new values into families and change family culture?
So in your world, human nature is altered. People aren’t greedy, government isn’t corrupt. Uneducated people never hurt anyone and suddenly value life and ethics? How does all of this transpire?

Other countries have different culture and history. How do you plan on changing deeply held beliefs in poor folks who don’t value the things you want them to?
You said human nature which would apply to everyone , now it’s culture which obviously isn’t a universal Or fixed thing. You’re moving the goalposts. Look I get it you like the status quo, you don’t have to make up bs as to why it can’t be changed.
It’s both culture and our nature to behave in certain ways. You haven’t described this better USA place yet.
The problem with some of these is that tend to use relative measures of mobility. In the US the top brackets are very high vs the lowest. In Europe they are more compressed. Most of the top countries have populations of about 10 million or less. The US is ranked 27th and Russia is 39th. So do we really think the two are comparable in terms of quality of life? This map shows that there is divergence in social mobility in the US. It would be interesting to see how the top places compare to the higher countries. The association of Marxism to wokeness is nothing more than a tawdry and anemic scheme to stave off the inevitable. Marx did not experience the reality that is America and was America. The Russian ruling class did not write doctrine declaring all equal while at the and time being the biggest slave owners in the colonies. Marx did not dissent from the pretense of equality or the delusion of race superiority. Russia was not established by a systematic genocide of the indigenous people who occupied the territory prior to the establishment of their government. While Marx objected to many atrocities and inequities, it would not take a Marxist approach to civil disobedience to identify and articulate the ills of this country which the MAJORITY of Americans are repulsed by. Wokeness is not even a secularly driven vehicle and has its roots in the saturation point that has been reached by the True Power that controls this universe. Liberalism is the ideal that somehow those that are fundamentally spiritual can coexist with those who are fundamentally physical. So it is natural for liberals to embrace wokeness because it represents the irrepressible spiritual consciousness that has been used as nothing more than a political tool by the “right” to obtain a stranglehold on power they never really had. NO ONE is being fooled by the association of wokeness with Marxism. What makes you think that if our Founding Fathere who professed to promote to rights of all men but who were in many instances the greatest oppressors, that the originators of BLM who profess to be Marxist, have any regard for such ideology when addressing the ills of this country?
