In my mind, I read words to their literal meaning. Using emotional driven labels while making inaccurate claims isn't going to do anything to "mend" any fences.

Sex ed isn't taught until middle school, no one has ever tried to "indoctrinate" a child, it's just a fact based course that parents can opt their kid out of. He uses millions of our tax dollars to fight our own voted and passed amendments in court. Ok, so as the mother of a gay son I couldn't disagree more. People are born gay, we can't teach them to be gay anymore than we can teach them to be straight.I have three sons, he is the middle one. He is the one that will work on his own car, watch college football, (Clempson) and beat the crap out of you. I raised them all the same. As a child, he knew he was gay. Gays need to see themselves on tv and represented in government, just like people of color and all people for that matter. So while you say "innocent children", in that group are gay children as well and you're harming them more than I think you realize when you want to eliminate them from sight.
