Wow, nice coming from a man who begged for help on TH for himself and his family. I'm pretty sure some of those treasonous Americans as you labeled them most likely helped you and your family, then you got your panties in a wad, and stated you weren't coming back. How would you describe yourself? Are you needing some more money? We can all see your still very angry and hateful as before
Quick question, has Trump, his family, supporters or any of his "enablers" actually been charged with treason relating to the events on January 6th? The answer is no.
and might that also include docs that 'may be' archive documents? I guess any docs generated while DJT was in office is an archive doc.
was the 'search' time sensitive? that the boxed docs might have been moved or destroyed had the search application been leaked before execution...
This drivel again. He is obviously using the colloquial version and not the legal version. You've tried to pull this semantic bullcrap in the past. Rather than go thru it again, I refer you to the last dialog on this topic. What a giant waste of time. Jan 6 Committee: Engaging Violent Extremists (7/12, 1PM)
I'll take it from here.... No one has been charged with walking their dog off leash, either. Not every event provides an opportunity for a given legal charge. Treason is simply the wrong legal term to use in this context (as of now). There is a common misperception between the colloquial and legal definitions of treason. Colloquially, treason implies a betrayal of one's country. Legally, it's one of the following acts: levying war against the U.S. aligning with enemies of the U.S. providing assistance or comfort to enemies of the U.S. What the Jan 6ers are accused of is sedition. conspiring to take down, overthrow or destroy by force the U.S. government levying war against the U.S. government opposing the authority of the U.S. government by force hindering, delaying or preventing any U.S. law from being carried out taking, seizing or possessing U.S. government property via force So it's correct, although muddled, to say someone is treasonous [colloquial] when they commit sedition [legal]. 3 people have plead guilty thus far with seditious conspiracy with a max sentence of 20 years. The bullet points above are taken from the following article detailing the difference between sedition and treason (and insurrection). What Is Sedition? Comparing It to Treason & Insurrection
"What have Trump’s lawyers been doing for the last 36 hours? Going on TV and lobbying every crazy accusation under the sun against the FBI. What have they not been doing? Filing a motion to stop the FBI from sorting through the records it collected in the search. You know why."
trump signed a law while in office that increases the penalty for unlawful removal of classified docs from 1 year to 5 years. whoops!
Ok, so since some people ... I won't mention names... said C'mon man to this post. Lets post both sides radicals, I'll start: Left: Bernie AOC Elizabeth Warren +1 The thing about the dems in this situation is that only the above stand out because they are in office and have spoken out about handouts. My issue with them is how do we pay for some of these things I agree are needed. Some of them I don't agree with (Free college - lets work on making it more affordable again instead). They want to tax the top 1% but that has been tried and it doesn't work. People just shelter their money. It all sounds like fluff and dreams. Right: Gaetz Rubio Scott Marjorie Taylor Green Boebart Trent Gowdy Ted Cruz - Whom I would have voted for before 2017 Ron Johnson Josh Hawley Jim Jordan Else Stefanik - used to be a moderate Paul Gosar Yurtle the Turtle has to be mentioned, even though he doesn't seem to have fallen in line with the "Big Lie" he twisted the process so trump could put uber conservatives on the SC. Louie Gohmert - said at a Qanon sponsored event- "It wasn't just right wing extremists in there" Ron DeSantis - the MASTER of government overreach. The list goes on with other governors and people running for election like Kari Lake who was also a moderate republican. Power hungry and ruthless iis how I would describe today's "Republican" party. And what happened to "America's Mayor" Rudy Giuliani??? Reminds me of that old movie The Body Snatchers. The true author of this all is Steve Bannon. The documentary CNN did on him sheds a lot of light. He is the most dangerous person to our democracy. And one question: Why invite Viktor Orbin to CPAC??? Even the spelling of his name tells you something.
Who do you consider his supporters? Do you not thinkbthose who voted for him actually think they are trying yondo whats best for the country? Do you not think many conservatives, even those of us who hates Trump find this liberal slope to be harmful to democracy? I mean telling every one that disagrees with you that they are intolerant bigots and beating them with that bully club isnt exactly opening up the lanes of democratic free thought. I hate Trump, but many of his "supporters" are voting against something they deem harmful, not for Trump.
Come on mom. Real cute. Subjective much? You can’t just write down names of the pubs and call them crazy jokers. I could do the same thing. I mean you omitted crazy joker face Pelosi right out of the gate! How can we take your list seriously.
In case anyone didn't click the link upthread. This is just a copy/paste of @pkaib01 's reply from another thread answering the same exact question.
Ok, I missed her. She is kind of OLD school though, more on the Yurtle the Turtle level. She was the +1.
You do understand radical is subjective right? Putting Rubio with MTG for instance is pretty weird. Thats a pretty broad spectrum of "radical". A biased spectrum one might say. Even Cruz is a bit more of a straight forward old school conservative. He just acts kinda weird and had the whole vacation to Mexico thing. I know the election crap is a scar on many, but their actual politics is no more radical than your basic run of the mill conservatives. Bernie and MTG are just nuts.
There is a list of congress lifetime voting records. The most progressive are not who you listed. In fact AOC came in as the 33rd most progressive member. You just listed the media ho’s. And you also forgot Omar from MN. ProgressivePunch: House Members by score / All issues
Great, now do Liz Cheney's voting record with Conservatives. She nearly always votes different than I prefer, but she is consistently voting conservative. I admire her grit on the 1/6 committee.
