This essentially has zero pertinence if the search does turn up significant findings, I would think

It is, and I don't know why I get so riled up about idiots. From what I hear, social media pro-trump websites are all but up in literal arms. He'll most definitely announce his candidacy, and sooner rather than later. A group of GOP house members apparently went up to Bardminster to console poor old Donald. The GOP has become sickening.

I believe there are a few DOJ memos out there that include a statement and a case citation along the lines that, while Rule 41 speaks only of “magistrates,” it is “beyond question” that district judges likewise possess the power to issue search warrants. Agreed that ideally there would be written procedures for it though.

This Scott Perry news is also making it appear that things are ratcheting up.

They do, and DCJs will sometimes issue warrants in context of an appeal from a magistrate's denial, or where a case is already being heard by the DCJ. But when you don't already have a case, there's not a defined process for skipping the magistrate. He/she could presumably still refer it on the government's motion (or sua sponte), but that would again be a very ad hoc move without any real basis in the rules/precedent/guidance, raising significant questions about whether the government wants to alter the process to put extra weight behind the decision, or because they just want a friendly judge.

And Rubio, being the dishonest clown he is, lies about one of his own constituents to try and score points with his ignorant, delusional base.

if that’s true, it’s surprising Trump was so quick to publicize it.

Trump, his family, his supporters and enablers are treasonous Americans. All of them chose and supported the overthrow of our country. They did this completely without regard to anyone but themselves. Treason. Not a discussion nor an honorable defense. We all watched it unfolď and todays Republican commentary shows they are going to follow through with what was started. Trump is playing a game and he has a very strong support group that likes it...America is soon to be a former Democracy if these very determinrd traitors get away with it.

Do you support Biden and would you vote for him if he ran again?

Well, I can tell you as a conservative I supported Trump and so did millions more, he actually helped the republican party grow, this did nothing more but make it easier for him to run again. I never thought he would, but I hope he does now
