The U.S. splitting into a handful of separate regional countries wouldn't change the diversity of language, heritage, or ethnicity in most areas including the Southeast. If that’s the problem, breaking up won’t solve it. I think such diversity is a strength of Florida and our country as a whole. Others obviously disagree, but they are not going to see a homogenous society here and I hope they come to grips with that sooner rather than later.
by trying to hold Trump accountable for breaking laws is how one starts a civil war? If so, there are some f'd up cultists in this country that need to be deprogrammed somehow
Tell me you know nothing about the HRC email case without telling me you know nothing about the HRC email case.
This is a political charade. How people do not see it is honestly not surprising. This is how propaganda works. I did not want Trump to run in 24 because the propaganda has worked on too many that actually agree with his policies. However…this charade has the potential to shift things where they start to see what is and has been happening.
Please. Your just flinging shit at the wall because your butthurt that your boy got raided. All Republicans are RINO’s. All Dems are crooks. Life’s not fair. Blah blah blah.
Really? So what about those posts about civil war, dividing the country into 5 sections; about the south having more people with find than the rest of the country; about your enemies? Sadly, every post just exposes you more and more. You just stated that the shared values of freedom don’t bind people in this country together. They actually do. The folks that have never been bound together are those who focus on the race and ethnicity of people. Like you did in your rant about Asian Americans, African Americans etc. Or you post about the failure or empires. You are absolutely transparent. You are not insane like one poster said. But, you don’t share the values shared by the majority of Americans.
It would help with having more homogenous countries in terms of values and how they want their government to run. It would bring people closer to their government compared to now where DC is completely insulated from the rest of the country. I'm in the middle. I think diversity helps in some cases and hurts in others. I think the people who want nothing but white people who are all one religion would set up a boring country. I also believe that the people who think diversity of any type is a strength are naive. Diversity can cause a lot of unintended consequences, friction and can cause a lot of destruction.
The U.S. is not unique in having freedom. Most western countries have a good amount of freedom. You still aren't answering my question, what is one thing that would bind a Conservative American to a Liberal American more than to a Conservative in another country. Same in reverse, what is one thing that binds a Liberal American to a Conservative American more than to a Liberal in another country? We don't have cultural norms. Heck people want holidays like the 4th of July to be eliminated. We don't even celebrate the same Independence Day anymore. Whites and other races largely celebrate the 4th of July while blacks now celebrate Juneteenth. How many Americans call themselves Americans? Most people now self identify as a hyphenated American where the individual culture is more important than being an American. We definitely don't share the same religion or politics. We can't even agree that English should be the national language. So we literally have Americans that can't even communicate to each other. How is that not a huge barrier? Freedom and having a court system isn't uniquely American and isn't enough to keep this country together. If it was the U.S. wouldn't be tearing apart at the seams like it is now. When was the last time you saw a country like England, Spain, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea or Canada splitting at the seams like the U.S. is now?
