I was more thinking about the judge having to look unbiased during the trial, and what affect that could have on an appeal, but after watching the video I think that comment was made without the jury present.
I would think and expect that most appeals courts would throw out any appeal on grounds of bias where a defendant was chewed out by judge to stop perjuring himself when they'd been caught red handed doing so twice.
Not turning over evidence that a judge has demanded is not a good idea. I wonder if his lawyers accidentally on purpose turned it over after Alex Jones ordered them not too.
I can't believe anybody even reports on this guy, I've never read or paid attention to anything he said until so of you lefties kept posting about him. You guys are his biggest fans
last week someone here called me a rightie, this week I’m a lefty. Interesting. I’ve been clear that I think the dems are in trouble in the fall. But that’s why I said FWIW. It is statistical data not a prediction, and we’re still three months from the election. Not to mention the article doesn’t claim it’s a good environment for dems, just that it’s better than it was a few months ago. Which, given Roe and what happened in Kansas yesterday, isn’t exactly far fetched.
Just to go on record, I've always claimed you as a leftist, whoever called you a righty is a liar or just dumb. Duh everybody with a lick of common sense knows the dems are in trouble
Jones should have his lawyers file a motion for dismissal on grounds that the judge, prosecutors, and jury are just a bunch of actors.
Dude, I can play all day against people like yourself, Hence the snarky reply earlier, thanks for playing
Sadly, one only has to browse a few threads here to know that is unlikely. Something painfully obvious to most, eludes some
Alex Jones is one of yours. He's a big time Trump supporter and was heavily involved in the events of Jan 6.
