The Arizona Secretary of State isn't responsible for printing and distributing ballots in Arizona. The Secretary of State is only responsible for validating the vote counts at the end, after each precinct reports results to their respective county, which then rolls up to the state. Katie Hobbs was doing her job in 2020, and backed by the R Governor of the State, as well as the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, 4 out of 5 of which are also Rs. This bullshit that there is widespread voter fraud has to stop. Provide actual evidence, please.

As for Pinal County, the current County Head of Elections has only been in the job for six months, and is the third person to hold the job since 2020. There are supposed to be up to five people working as support staff in this department, and this too has seen high turnover over the last 24 months. Why? Because assholes who think there is widespread election fraud, despite all evidence to the contrary, are making election worker's lives miserable. Nobody wants to stay in a job where idiot yokels berate them for just simply doing their job, and doing it accurately.

I don't disagree with you, but the hyperbolic labels are common from both sides of the equation. In fact I think I saw it later on page 1 of this thread. Granted someone who uses those labels as part of making a point probably isn't interested in meaningful dialogue, at least not at that moment.

 

Trump taking credit for the continuation of trends that began years before he took office, who would have thought? And let's also not forget that when Obama was in office Trump and his fellow travelers kept repeating the line the labor market data and especially the unemployment rate was phony yet Trump started taking credit for supposedly "phony" unemployment rate data calculated by the same agency (the BLS) and using the same methodology that it used when Obama was in office.
