This is quite significant. Dave Wasserman is predicting that Kansas voters will reject a constitutional amendment intended to overturn their state supreme court's version of Roe v. Wade. In other words, Kansans voted to protect abortion rights.
The Republicans actually picked to have this during the primary instead of the general because they thought the primary would be more slanted towards the GOP (due to college students being away and the top Democratic races not being competitive).
