Although it's not the "big guy" referenced in the threads by those afflicted with Hunter Biden Derangement rather it's the crime boss who previously occupied the White House.
Rep. Matt Gaetz told Roger Stone that Trump would pardon him
Gaetz, Stone recorded talking pardon, Mueller redactions: report
Although it's after the fact that alone would have been sufficient to impeach Trump if it had been known while he was still in office. Given the fact that Stone remained silent and refused to cooperate with the DOJ there is little doubt that Trump's promise of a pardon, one of the few promises that he actually kept worked.

It's kind of difficult to dismiss it as casual conversation considering that Stone refused to cooperate with the DOJ even though cooperation would have undoubtedly resulted in a shorter sentence and he was in fact pardoned before Trump left office.

So we get to see redacted information now? That's cool... On a "hot mic" no less... Seems legal and all.

If I were a politician I would never trust an 'off' microphone. Lol.

The interesting aspect of a conversation accidentally picked up on a "hot mic" when one or more of the participants are politicians is that the substance of conversation tends to be much more accurate than would a structured conversation or interview that the participants knew was being recorded.

Remind me why judges often disallow some information/ facts and testimonies in court, and some that they don't, again?

If I had friends and supporters like Roger Stone and Matt Gaetz, I think I would commit hari-kari. If they were the best I could do.

Goodness, you sure go to great lengths to poo-pa questionable-to-illegal behavior.......unless it's by a "lib". The consequence is that I don't take your posts seriously. You probably don't mine either.

Apparently Stone was too stupid to remember that he was wearing a microphone. Couple of real bright guys there, having a private conversation while one of them was miked.

There is reason to believe that Joe Biden was well-aware of Hunter’s pay-for-play schemes. Not only was he referenced in the CEFC deal, but he shared a bank account with Hunter Biden for years – including while Hunter was wheeling and dealing with dictatorships abroad. Joe Biden and Hunter Biden even paid each other’s bills, and Joe even owed Hunter money. President Biden’s historic mismanagement of the economy makes more sense when you consider that he’s been in debt to a man who has confessed to smoking parmesan cheese upon running out of crack cocaine.

CNN, initially eager to cover for the Bidens, has now admitted that a federal probe into Hunter’s finances is “heating up,” and other outlets have reported that Joe Biden might be targeted. Perhaps that’s why the media has changed its tune. However, it’s too little too late. There’s no question that liberal media outlets frequently bend over backward to defend Democrats, but this marks a particularly devastating blow to their credibility. Joe Biden’s son used his father’s influence to make money with dictators while he was sharing a bank account with the former Vice President and future President. The media looked the other way.

Whataboutism only works if you have an equal, Hunter Biden vs Gaetz & Stone, not even close. Try again man.

Agree, even a drug-addicted Hunter Biden was twice the person that Gaetz and Stone are and although Hunter admittedly monetized his family relationship by trying to create the illusion that he could influence "old Joe" who was out of government at the time and didn't have any real authority unlike Hunter Biden, Gaetz actually delivered on his promise to Stone considering that Stone was actually pardoned in turn for his silence.
