Clemson’s rise came at a time when Miami, FL, and FSU were not keeping recruits in state.

Now that the big three programs have stepped up the recruitment in-state, watch how Dabo’s program falters. I guess Dabo thought the exodus would go on forever..

Especially when it's a 5* kid with Bama pushing for him.

This one *should* ultimately go our way (we've got Raymond, Lakeland and Ahmad in our corner), but it's going to be a roller coaster until the very end. This one is not going to be easy.

 

The problem with Miami is that it has never reinvented itself.

The school, administration, current players, and recruits live in the past when everyone who was anyone went to the “U”.

That ain’t happening anymore. There is a lot of talent out there. So at some point you have to look at competency of coaching, the facilities, and come to grips with the fact that old days are over.

But will Clemson falter? Though they have been "quiet" so far they are still skiing at #7 with 17 commits 92.40 avg per commit and have (2) 5* (14)4* and (1)3 star. Compared to Miami at #9 w/ 16 commits 92.32 avg (1)5* (8) 4* and (7)3* and FSU currently sits at 45th in the country in recruiting with 8 commits and you probably can't name a recruit out side of the two olineman and the edge rusher. So until they can actually beat Clemson give up the whole Clemson has fallen talk because they still rule the ACC from now and recruiting still backs that up ad well.

I guess he just decided to skip right past the importance of the QB position and/or the fact that Dabos best teams were QBd by players from the state of Georgia not Florida

 

He has one of his best recruiting class starts this year again with just one player from Florida. I am not sure where you going with this. Yes, we all think the state of Florida is full of hidden gems and underrated players, but the same goes for TX and GA where Dabo is hitting it hard. He will always get his.

 

Said the same day they were hosting a kid committed to ND. This is just a Deebo thing that he took with him to OU.
