Seems that someone has Hunter Biden Derangement Syndrome. Hunter is still being investigated by the way and so far the only crimes that he may have committed are failure to register under the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) and possibly failure to declare income, serious offenses but nowhere remotely close to inciting an attack on Congress with the intent of preventing it from performing its Constitutional role and indirectly causing a riot which resulted in deaths and injuries. There's plenty of evidence. Just watch the Jan 6 Hearings. But you don't indict a high profile person like a former President unless it's a slam dunk. Not sure if the evidence reaches this level yet.
He is literally on tape. Not just re: the 1/6 activities, but pressuring Secretaries of State to fraudulently “find” him votes or to simply ignore the will of the people. Guy spent the last two months of his Presidency doing nothing but concocting various criminal schemes to try and steal an election, with the final disgraceful act an attempt to steal it by force.
That's in Georgia. Not Federal jurisdiction, so Garland can't touch it. Agreed Trump will be indicted in GA. The question is, will Garland charge Trump for Jan 6?
trump is no more guilty of criminal behavior than the dems were in 2000, 2004, and 2016. like everything else, he was just better at trying to accomplish his goal.
I hope they try him on any number of alleged crimes where the evidence is strong and see what sticks. Dereliction of Duty seems like a no-brainer.

The dem candidate lost in 2000, 2004, 2016 - just as Trump lost in 2020. Was this shared goal Trump was better at “losing an election”? Or was he just better at whipping his supporters with lies? Because otherwise I fail to see your point. Only 1 of these elections ended with a mob of cultists trying to stop the ceremonial process of certifying the election.
