I listened to her speech and one thing she noted when talking about Black history is that American history to include the scope of the slave trade, Jim Crow and policing issues are not the same as England’s. In a way, she is sort of confirming the unique issues we have here that she doesn’t think apply to them.
Theirs is probably much worse, really, when you look at their colonies and what they did there. But if British Conservatives are anything like American Conservatives, there is a 0% chance of them talking about or acknowledging that.
Judging from that article I would say she is the antithesis of (Tory, yes conservative, but still a racial insult) Barrack Obama. But the British tabloids call her their Obama simply because of the color of her skin... idiots.
