Apparently, wind turbines are not fireproof, and can catch fire if struck by lightning, thereby creating carbon dioxide and contributing to global warming. Don't know whether you're actually serious, but the carbon dioxide released by wind turbine fires is infinitesimal compared with the carbon dioxide released by burning fossil fuels to generate electricity. Reminds me of one of the former president's favorite narratives performed at his MAGA rallies when he rants about avian deaths from wind turbines while conveniently failing to mention that the extraction and burning of fossil fuels kills far more birds than wind turbines or as he likes to refer to them "windmills".
Actually…there is a chance you have it backwards. At least when it comes to a lot of things as many companies have replanting programs to make sure their resource is sustainable. Don’t think a solar farm is replanting many trees…
Sure… a quick google search says there were 6 trillion trees when human came about, now there are 3 trillion… that’s a lot of solar farms if your math is correct…. Lol.
Actually, most solar farms are installed in places where the trees are already removed. The ones on I-10 between Jax and Tallahassee are on land that was formerly used for farming or cattle ranching. Why spend the money to take down trees when it has already been done for you?
