Tennessee receives whopping NCAA Notice of Allegations for Jeremy Pruitt violations - Sports Illustrated
Despite the 18 Level I violations—one of the highest totals in recent years considering LSU received eight Level 1s in March—the university was not hit with the “lack of institutional control,” largely because of its transparency and integrity in promptly handling the wrongdoing, NCAA documents say.
UcheaT is and has been as dirty as they get. I wonder whether Pruitt will fall on his sword or fight back and expose what Fat Phil and others are doing behind the scenes. Probably got paid nicely as part of the buyout settlement to take the fall.
You're probably right. Although I live here in East Tennessee I don't pay attention to anything about UcheaT. LOL!
Pruitt's wife was heavily involved in the payments... she met Pruitt while workng in FSU's athletic compliance department... because of course.
TinnerC: Your Honor, there were a bunch of really big multi-syllabic words in them rules, we thought it was okay
“At issue are 18 NCAA violations and $60,000 of cash/gifts reportedly given to football recruits/players by Jeremy Pruitt, his wife, numerous coaches, staff and booster. All 18 violations are Level I, the most serious in the NCAA’s four-level infractions structure.” How much does a 3* get in signing inducements now on the new “open” market? Probably more than 60k hey..
Different times, different rules. Besides, $60K in East Tennessee probably buys more than $30M in Texas.
