At first I didn't think he would serve any time, but now I feel like it's inevitable. This case has failed in everyway possible. Now his team is saying they will not be presenting a defense
I haven't been following it closely but reportedly the judge had made a pre-trial ruling eliminating most if not all of their defenses. I imagine they're aiming to set up an appeal at this point.

He should make a deal. He must think he will get a pardon if he drags things out. In some alternative universe he is the man who saved America from China.
Someone priveleged like him will either get a low security country club or house arrest. He will not get the pound me in the ass federal prison.
