I am not at all a fan of HW politically, but I try not to care about the kids of politicians unless they have to be included. Just a cheap shot to go after someone’s kids, regardless of political party.
There are certainly gay Republicans/libertarians - some because economic issues are more important to them. One difference though is that Peter Thiel has said he's proud to be gay. Christian Walker denies being gay - even though he's attracted to men - he doesn't want to be identified that way because he thinks it's part of the "rainbow cult." Not clear to me if perhaps he - like Milo - has moral/ religious objections to his own orientation or if he just doesn't like the liberal-leaning politics of LGBT advocates.
I had an employee once who was a gay black avid church going conservative. But when you asked him some specific questions on LGBT stuff he was very progressive on that front. It's definitely kind of a weird place to try and find your lane.
