'I'm Going to Kill You': Congresswoman Jayapal Targeted in Alleged Hate Crime This happened pretty recently, there hasn’t been much discussion. I suppose this is all because people protested outside a steakhouse too.

I'm not referring to criminal infraction. I believe that if this were a workplace scenario, that the man could be accused of SH and subject to reprimand or worse. This is obviously not a mutual workplace, but the reason I believe it's relevant is that his behavior likely constitutes SH.
Does anybody know the specific nature of AOC's support of harassment? I'm guessing a tweet? I didn't comment on the Kavanaugh incident, as I didn't know the specifics. Was there video? One or more sources seemed to indicate that Kavanaugh did not see or hear the protesters.
Agree with the final sentence, but were the protesters inside the restaurant? Did they actually harass Kavanaugh?
AOC hypes effort to block security bill after Brett Kavanaugh threat AOC ripped to shreds for mocking Kavanaugh getting harassed out of D.C. restaurant: 'Disgusting'
According to Morton's yes. Also my point was aimed at how AOC perceives things. People are saying Kavanaugh needed to see the harassment for it to exist, while AOC claimed life endangerment from a totally different building on 1/6 where no threat actually existed. Perception. But I am going on what Morton's representatives chose to call it from the scene.
