For the special one’s it doesn’t:
    Brees
    DeVonta
    Sam Mills
    Chris Collinsworth
    Russell Wilson
    Flutie
    Joe Morgan
    Ichiro
    Curry
    Isiah
Greg Maddox 155 when first came up
    Pedro Martinez
All undersized and stars and you and I know we could list plenty more.
Watched Shane McClanahan in high school. Left high school around 165. Performed really well at USF and eventually put on weight but dominated in college with a stature different than what we typically expect from dominant power pitchers.

And Jean being ranked 38 is off. Maybe 20-25 or around there but with his talent, competition he plays, etc he’s much higher than 38.

Seems the guys we been getting commits from that the composite is much higher than the 247 ranking.

Perception and momentum is a real thing. The fact that we were able to quickly turn the tide after the Harris/Rashada/Baxter/Howard mess is a reaaaaalllly positive sign.

I would imagine with TE you would have some real good ones arise later through the process when a WR outgrows his position. If you have good speed, height and hands bit got just too big to play WR , TE is always a great landing spot.

Don't think we have room for him unless Sorey or Mizell pass on UF.

there’s no 25 counter limit this year. You can sign as many kids as you want. Just gotta have your roster at 85 kids

Cory Bender just put in a prediction for Andy Jean to UF. Posted at 9:40am this morning. Confidence is only at 55%, but hey, it's better than nothing.

On3 thinks highly of him as the #16 wr and a top 150 but the other 3 sites have him outside the top 300 and rated way down the list at his position. Wonder what they value over the others.

We have a really weird, unsettled tight end group at the moment. About 37 different guys on scholarship, but none of them proven and none of them possessed of the kind of elite traits that lets you dream about the future. A bunch of guys who've switched positions, a bunch of guys coming off injuries, a bunch of guys who weren't particularly highly ranked coming out of high school -- a lot of moving parts with no real structure. If you don't think any of the tight ends available in this class represent a clear upgrade and instead would just be another body in that undifferentiated group of players, it makes sense to hold off and not sign a TE this year.

Would be a really good idea to get a high-level talent at that position next class, though.
