Really beginning to detest the state of Texas.

    And the state of Miami.

Right when UCF thought they were moving up to a P5 conference, they'll find themselves in a Group of 8 :ninja:

There really is something here for everybody, lakes, rivers, forests, ocean, shopping fine dining, minor league sports (baseball, soccer, hockey) great views, bunch of boat harbors, lots of money, ghettos etc.

Yes, they add no tv money to the SEC, so they are stuck in the ACC. SEC doesn't have any more great moves to expand with UNC not moving from round ball and Maryland already taken.

Straight football games is what they need to add. Who cares what conference they are in,Utah game makes big money. This is the only type of out of conference game that should be on our schedule. If they aren’t ranked, they shouldn’t be on a power 5 schedule. I know we can’t read tge future as far as schedules but we can do better.

May be on to something. What if you had a set number of conference games and had a live lottery where it randomly picked the remaining matchups?

Once they expand the playoff to 12, you'll see a natural tendency to scheduling better OOC games to impress the committee. That said, stadium box office gate isn't pulling in the dollars like the TV contract does and that contract is as much about quantity as quality.

I have friends on James Island, the Spoleto Festival is fantastic.
Charleston and Savannah are fantastic IMO.

Charleston food and wine festival is cool too - especially if you can get a room downtown $$$$

After my daughter moved to Charleston and we came to visit her, I suggested a restaurant for dinner and her reply was “we don’t eat at chain restaurants”. Tons of one of a kind great restaurants in Charleston.

Another great town in SC is Greenville. Very cool downtown to walk, eat, and drink.

One cupcake on the schedule is enough, 100% agree Wanne.
Fans deserve better matchups, at least IMO. 3 - 4 "spring games", at the current prices of tickets and travel is unfair to the fan base.

I wouldn’t mind keeping a cupcake for game 1. None past that though
