. He would deny this under oath anyway. We know this. So what.

I voted Johnson in 2016 and abstained from voting for President in 2020. But thanks for playing.

Disagree with the “legal maneuvering” argument. Endeavoring to submit delegates from states who didn’t send them is an attempt to commit fraud and it was an integral part of the plan. Especially when founded on knowingly false claims of election fraud.Coming up with a bullshit legal doctrine doesn’t vitiate the fraudulent intent of any of those acts. And, part of that was the rejection of legal delegates based in the false claims.

Funny how you feel like Mueller and the 1/6 committee are kangaroo courts, but probably not Ken Starr’s investigation of Clinton or the umpteen Benghazi hearings that the Republicans held to cover the same material over and over again (when HRC, who I despise, voluntarily sat for 11 hours of questioning as compared to these Trump stooges who ignore lawfully issued subpoena’s in flagrant violation of the law, which [and I believe you may have a law degree] you fail to condemn). And you completely believe a debunked D’Sousa documentary that you’ve admittedly not watched as being fact, but criticize hearings you’ve not watched as fiction.

But you’re objective and it’s only the Dems who are biased and running things that are illegitimate?

GMAFB. You’re a smart guy. At least be intellectually honest with yourself if not with the rest of us.

Provides context to believability of his current not under oath statements?

Are you seriously comparing Trump's months-long efforts to overturn the election by any means, including violence, with random, procedural objections by a small number of Democrats?

This is an investigatory hearing They cannot indict or convict. That’s why there is no defense counsel. The DOJ will have to bring trump to justice if warranted

Like I've said, there isn't any credible evidence to have the DOJ indict Trump. So it's just a dog and pony show.

I agree with the dog and pony show part. This should be happening in a court of law, with Trump and his co-conspirators as defendants.

This shows you know nothing about this wide ranging conspiracy to steal the election.

Then I would hazard a guess you haven’t watched any or much of the hearings.

The committee’s mission is to investigate the attempted insurrection and they are doing that. The investigation cannot help but focus on trump.
