lol "buddy" is just being used as another way to say "dude".

 

Agreed. It's just that we do not yet seem to be where some other schools are regarding NIL. We hope that's all of it.

Rashada denies there was any NIL deal involved in his Miami commitment.

 

It was a poorly written statement but I don't think he denied there was an NIL deal--he denied that an NIL deal swayed him. Not that I believe him.

And I learned that interstates were financially funded (I assume partially) by the states. Always thought it was federal.
