I was wondering how a fetus with no consciousness going to heaven works. Do the gain consciousness upon entering heaven?

I recall an abortion clinic worker saying she would see protesters, and on at least one occasion one of the protesters came for an abortion, then later she was back on the street protesting abortion.

Heaven is so high in the sky I'm surprised that people don't lose consciousness when they get there.

Maybe we need something like the Rooney Rule for the nomination process. The POTUS must interview at least one non-Catholic.

Talk about Arizona, isn't a mob trying to kick in the doors of the state Capital sort of like an Ummm Insurrection?

    Agree.

The question is: how much is Dobbs anti-abortion? Answer: zero.

You know for a fact that Dobbs, in and of itself, prohibits abortions in exactly zero States.

It does state that abortion is no longer a constitutional right within the United States. The ruling was predicated on "the women of the last two generations should never have had this right" based on some originalist pretext.

So what? Constitutional right, or not, Dobbs doesn't prohibit abortion in any State.

By no longer being a constitutional right, every existing state's prohibition of abortion became law, like Texas. Regardless, you're lack of appreciation for the difference between a loss of a right verses a law is frightening.

This is like saying that Plessy v. Ferguson wasn't an anti-equality opinion because it didn't require segregation in any state. Hell, they even said "separate but equal"! We're not required to ignore the consequences of what the Supreme Court is doing. We're not going to play ignorant.
