OMG, that is the piece of legislation that is the center of this decision. That law has been overturned as of TODAY. Mississippi’s trigger law will go into effect with the certification of their state Attorney General.

Let me post this again. Please read it.

What to know about Mississippi abortion rights after SCOTUS overturns Roe v. Wade

    I await your apology.

Your stance is as strong as mine. How is it that I’m the ignorant one?
    We’re the same.

I wonder if the people who felt that Hillary did not inspire them enough to get off their ***** and vote recognize that all these decisions are their fault?

    Probably not, too stupid.

The left can’t even define what a woman IS anymore! 60 million aborted babies since RoevsWade, likely half were girls.

Oh, I understand that they very carefully crafted their answers to not perjure themselves. They're lawyers; analyzing and parsing words is a linchpin skill for their profession.

But speaking factually true statements with the purpose of misleading is practically still a lie. Legally they did not perjure themselves, sure, but they are all utterly FOS.

I wouldn't despise the relevant conservatives so much if I thought their actions were actually motivated by compassion for the unborn. This, in my opinion, is not the case, however. Certainly not in the case of the politicians.

This is about power and payback, the lashing out of misogynists and incels and religious patriarchs. This is about putting women in their place. It's revenge for the "Me Too," movement, and for denouncing the former pussy-grabbing president.

People will disagree with me on this but the Supreme Court Jester’s have done the Democrats a huge favor. Their rulings on guns and abortion, as well as suggesting other rights may be revisited, have awakened a mass that may have otherwise stayed home on Election Day.

Republicans have used abortion as a wedge issue for decades and now it’s gone, and their single-issue voters may no longer see a reason to vote.

Unfortunately I agree with you. Hillary didn’t inspire them. They decide to stay home. Or better yet protest vote for Jill Stein! But the next day after it was obvious Trump won they were out on the streets protesting!

It would serve liberals right except now the rest of us have to deal with Trump like idiots and hand maids tale inspired supreme Ct judges.

Wow that was deep. I don’t think you should lump all those who are compassionate in with the politicians.

I didn’t say you were ignorant. Nor was I suggesting that you were an extremist. I’m saying your feelings of being ruled by the “purple haired” LGBTQ leftist extremists is the opposite of what is actually happening. One party is literally controlled by a faction that is actively undermining the integrity of our elections and thus our democracy and actively peeling away 50 years of reproductive rights. And for you to not recognize that is an astounding lack of self awareness.

Cypress has never stated that he discriminate against others based on the color of their skin, you have stated that (repeatedly). You two are not the same...

Still would have happened if she had resigned during Obama's term. Just would've been a 5-4 decision. And she would have had to resign before the 2014 election, because you can guarantee McConnell would have blocked her replacement, too.

You can thank Bernie voters that thumbed their nose at Hillary in the general elections, along with the loons that voted for Jill Stein and Gary Johnson.

And in doing so, these judges have demonstrated how little we should respect their decisions.

Enjoy your victories. They're not long for this world.

I have to disagree with this hot take. Clinton won the popular vote by 2,864,974. Also, 62,979,636 people voted for trump. Kinda hard to blame this entirely on the Democrats.

I did, and not one of those statements suggest it can’t be overturned.

Saying that Roe is precedent is an accurate factual statement. And the Court has overruled its precedent at least 300 times.

Well, I said this because your side doesn’t appreciate how lopsided it is for cons like me. The media and almost every movie(sans Maverick) will have you believe there are gays numbering in the 20% of our population….For example
The overwhelming complaints from the left that our country sucks shows a serious disconnect regarding how far we’ve come. It’s hard to comprehend.
I’ll close with this….I am pro choice and anti Trump but a very conservative voter.
I’d vote for Manchin and that’s about all for the libbies I’d go for.
So I say again, we need moderates big time.
