Sad thing is I don’t want to be right. I’d rather be wrong and get told I overreacted.

 

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. Looks like UF isn't going to play the NIL game, the bags game, or any significant post-season game anytime soon.

If we don't get Rashada it's gonna be a long, hot, sad summer.

 

Sigh is right but not the way you meant

 

Coaching isn’t going to mean a damn thing if we can’t get talent in here.

 

I think they got caught with the pants completely down with the way NIL was going to roll.

Admin finally came around to committing to what it takes and hiring the right guy for the old landscape, then the whole model shifted and they are uncomfortable taking another leap.

 

I just get frustrated with some comments..like it's the end of our program...

 

We do have men's and women's track.....

 

Just like with the facilities. Always one step behind.

 

Some are way ridiculous here..been a Gator from birth..season ticket holder and booster and contributor of $$$ since 1985..been thru good and bad times.. went thru the probation time and all the ridicule our program went thru., watched as the SEC title was taken away..seen way worse than now...but some here have already given up on a coach that has been on the job for probably less than 6 months..can't we wait till the season starts before we trash him and the staff, wait to see how the team plays and actually wait till LOI are actually signed either in December or February?

 

I really don't think it's the coaches fault, they've got us favored or in the top 3 of so many top recruits practically saying no one could do it better. Also from all indications there doesn't seem to be a lack of money either.
What's left is our Athletics Admin and/or lawyers and NIL bosses.

We've been told it's Stricklin and co. threatening boosters and collectives to not pay a dime or sign anything before they're enrolled. So we're fighting big cash advances and closed deals with promises, a handshake and a wink to get them to commit.

 

When you find out, let me know lol.

 

We could be relegated to what we have been the last twelve years I guess. Not the end of the world but I won’t be as in if that’s the case

 

I mean, we know this because we follow the program closely. I was talking more about the general fanbase and those who don't follow things super close. More casual fans will see big names committing elsewhere and immediately place the blame on the coaches and such.

 

Let's get that boat of yours trimmed up for some fishing brother! We can listen to games on the radio.....

If others are handing out cash and we are hanging out promises, it’s no mystery as to what’s going on

 

We can go sometime it stays gassed up and ready to go

 

Or we could be a winning football team, and then the recruiting could pick up after that..the man comes in following a coach that had a losing record and a don't care attitude the whole year in my opinion..Mullen lost his enthusiasm for the Gators towards the end of 2020..barely had time to get the recruits he was able to get..he is certainly devoting a lot of time and effort towards recruiting..
