I have no clue on Ewers, but it was a more general assertion about OSU/Michigan/PSU needing to pay more to get and keep a FL or TX kid than aTm or UF would need to pay. NIL could actually create more parity among those teams doling out enough for NIL. Even UTk has their foot in the door now and Saban is sweating.

 

Nah. He was overrated from the beginning. Not saying he's not great but it was curious that he was ranked so high and had such a low completion percentage. So many of the other top rated QBs threw for 70% or higher. He's still higher rated on 247 than he is on TOS. If he did get the Florida drop, Aidan Mizzell just got the opposite.

Ol miss whipped sabans sorry ass a couple of times and all of the sudden they have violations and the coach is fired. Mullen made a ny6 bowl his first year and boom, violations. You think Saban is so damn squeaky clean that he’s never had a violation? I think not. The money may not be equal but at least everyone can play their hand as best they can now without the favoritism. Money rules tge world anyway but damn, at least let us play by the same rules.

 

Technically, his ranking wasn’t dropped by any service. Until today, the 247 composite ranking average included 247, rivals, and espn. All of which have him in their top 60. Today, they included the On3 ranking into the composite…On3 ranks hi at about 150, always has. So, On3 nor anyone dropped his ranking, the composite score that used to include say a ranking of 40, 50, and 60 for an average of 50, now is 40, 50, 60, and 150, dropping his average/composite rating.

 

I don’t think 40,50, or 60 is a 5*
