The same groups of people are going to the hospital. Vaccinate and Unvaccinated. There are absolutely a large group of unvaccinated who fall in the high risk group.

We are where we are. It is unfortunate we are stuck here rather than having large low risk control groups we could be working with.

You don't know what a "control group" is, do you? Because you clearly heard the term, but you continually use it in the wrong manner...

As a reminder, the vaccine trials are randomized control trials. That middle word refers to the existence of a control group.

Only the data doesn't show this. How do you explain the WA State data that shows the unvaccinated end up in the hospital 3X more than the vaccinated? Or the year-long Brit study that showed vaccination provided a 70% protection against hospitalization? Or the Swede study that showed 80%+ protection for the vaccinated against severe infection? You can't.

All you can produce are raw numbers without explanation. But once anyone puts a little analysis towards the raw numbers, which include age, and percent vaccination rates by age, then the raw numbers prove out again that the vaccine is quite effective at preventing hospitalizations and deaths.

For example, look at page nine for the above link to look at hospitalization rates. WA State doesn't use raw numbers, but looks at population who end up in the hospital with COVID per 100,000 people, by age range and vaccination status. Again, unvaccinated are 3.5X to 3.9X more likely to end up in the hospital with COVID depending on age. But if you looked at raw numbers, especially for those 65 and older, you would expect to see more vaccinated individuals in the hospital. Why? Because when you look at page 13, you find 85.5% of all WA residents 65 and older are fully vaccinated.

To express this in raw numbers, say we have a population of 200 people age 65 and older. Group A has 170 people all vaccinated, and group B has 30, all unvaccinated. Let's say group B has 1 person who ended up in the hospital with COVID. Group A has 2 people who also end up in the hospital with COVID. You would look at the raw numbers, claim that there are twice as many vaccinated in the hospital with COVID as unvaccinated, and claim the vaccine isn't working. And while you would be right in saying there are twice as many vaccinated as unvaccinated in the hospital, your analysis is wrong, because you are only looking at raw hospitalization numbers, without taking total population of each group into account.

When you do that, you find group B has about 3X as many in the hospital per capita than group A. And that if Group A had the same hospitalization rate as Group B, we would expect Group A to have 6 to 6 people in the hospital, instead of 2. In other words, the vaccine prevented 3 or 4 hospitalizations. And with 85%+ people 65 and older fully vaccinated in WA state, this is exactly what they are experiencing.

This has been explained to you over and over and over again. You continue to maintain your willful ignorance and keep spreading your deadly disinformation. I'd stop arguing with you and put you ignore, if this wasn't such an important, life saving thing.

Last, I'll ask once again. Where's your proof that the vaccine isn't saving lives and preventing a significant number of COVID hospital visits?

And I guarantee you, that if you adjusted these raw numbers for age and vaccination status by age, you'd see that the vaccine saved a lot of lives.

Again, you're missing the denominators. The majority of COVID deaths are those 65 and older. 95% of these people in the UK are fully vaccinated. So take a population of 1 million, 950,000 would be vaccinated. If all were infected, and experienced a .5% mortality rate, that's 4,750. Out of the 50,000 unvaccinated, if they had a 8X mortality rate, that's 2,000. Total mortality rate would be .675%, and 70% of the deaths would come from the vaccinated! Yet, if we used the mortality rate of the unvaccinated for the entire population, we see that the vaccine saved over 33,000 lives!

Raw numbers without context and analysis are meaningless. Still looking for actual proof, with analysis that takes age and population size into account, that the vaccine doesn't save lives and hospitalizations.

it isn't going away. seems deltacron, a hybrid, is taking over, and it has the worst of both, evades immunity, causes severe illness in unvaccinated and vaccinated with serious comorbidity.

Omicron infection doesn't help you, delta infection appears to be more helpful wrt immunity or limiting severity of disease

Dominant COVID mutant in US combines elements of omicron and delta, complicating response (adn.com)

The omicron “subvariant” gaining ground in the U.S. — known as BA.2.12.1 and responsible for 58% of U.S. COVID-19 cases last week — isn’t the only one affected by the delta mutation. The genetic change is also present in the omicron relatives that together dominate in South Africa, known as BA.4 and BA.5. Those have exactly the same mutation as delta, while BA.2.12.1 has one that’s nearly identical.

This genetic change is bad news for people who caught the original omicron and thought that made them unlikely to get COVID-19 again soon. Although most people don’t know for sure which variant caused their illness, the original omicron caused a giant wave of cases late last year and early this year.

Long said lab data suggests a prior infection with the original omicron is not very protective against reinfection with the new mutants, though the true risk of being reinfected no matter the variant is unique to every person and situation.

In a twist, however, those sickened by delta previously may have some extra armor to ward off the new mutants. A study released before it was reviewed by other scientists, by researchers at Ohio State University, found that COVID patients in intensive care with delta infections induced antibodies that were better at neutralizing the new mutants than patients who caught the original omicron.

Anti-Vaxx and Vaccine mistruth champions are really, REALLY going to hate actual science after this paper. In short, myth about vaccine vs infection born immunity dispelled by science. Pros and cons of mRNA vaccines, as well as the AD.26 and Synthetic Protein based vaccines discussed all vs infection driven immunity.

More science that anti-vaxx, anti-science and anti-truth people will hate. We have largely gone by lab studies or highly controlled, drug company run trials for everything we think we know about mRNA vaccines and their effectiveness. Here is a very well done, peer reviewed real-world study across multiple states and over a 9 month period.

Vaccine effectiveness against severe disease in the first 6 months of full vaccination (defined as 2 doses - not 3) was 90% at 6 months. Out at 9 months, that effectiveness was still shown to be ~ 82%. Even for the adults older than 65% effectiveness was still 78%.

Around 18 minutes in that video.

first the part where he said vaccines have saved millions of lives was cut out, which is the main point.

In terms of blocking infection, what he says is technically true, and is not news or a great revelation. However the way he says it kind of makes him sound like he doesn’t understand how vaccines work. No vaccine creates permanent large stores of antibodies, they always wane, by design. A fast incubating disease like Covid will always beat the long term infection protections of memory cells, etc, for diseases like Covid, flu and colds. That is true of any of the current class of vaccines. There would have to be some break through in vaccine technology to provide long term infection protection against fast incubators- something that causes the body to do long term protection more rapidly.

Here's a thought. Poster won't use Perjury Taylor Greene as his medical advisor, and I'll not use Bill Gates as my medical consultant. Seems reasonable.

Maybe you should familiarize yourself to Bill Gates a bit better.

Bill and Melinda Gates truly believe that population control is key to the future. Plans are already in place to track births and vaccinations through cell phone technology to register every birth on the planet. Gates claims that the GPS technology would enable officials to track and “remind” parents who do not bring their children in for vaccines. Maintaining that vaccination is key to reducing population growth, Gates predicts that if child mortality can be reduced, parents will have fewer children, following the example of the urbanized West where birth rates have dropped to below replacement levels: “The fact is that within a decade of improving health outcomes, parents decide to have fewer children.” For Gates, “there is no such thing as a healthy, high population growth country. If you’re healthy, you’re low-population growth… As the world grows from 6 billion to 9 billion, all of that population growth is in urban slums…It’s a very interesting problem.”

More than a decade ago, on May 17, 2002, the Wall Street Journal reported that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation had purchased shares in nine of the largest pharmaceutical companies valued at nearly $205 million. Acquiring shares in Merck, Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson Wyeth, Abbott Labs, and others, the Gates Foundation continues a financial interest in common with the makers of AIDS drugs, diagnostic tools, vaccines, and contraceptives. But, the commitment to global population control goes well beyond financial interests. It is likely that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation will continue its commitment to global population control, and now, curriculum creation in the nation’s schools because they truly believe that they know better than anyone else how we all should live.

This commitment to a distorted definition of social justice by Melinda and Bill Gates will likely continue because they have been lead to believe that such control is what is best for people. The Core Curriculum is really just another component of population control—it is used to help teach children the “facts” about climate change and problems of over-population. Indeed, the population agenda is a trap that many wealthy, highly intelligent people have fallen into in the past. From the wealthy eugenics supporters of Planned Parenthood’s Founder Margaret Sanger, to the Rockefeller family and their population control initiatives, this work continues today through their heirs—heirs like David Rockefeller—an ally of Bill and Melinda Gates. And some influential Catholics have been complicit in this. At one time, Rev. Theodore Hesburgh, President Emeritus of the University of Notre Dame served as a trustee, and later, Chairman of the Board of the Rockefeller Foundation, a funder of population causes counter to the teachings of the Church.

The population control initiatives promoted by the Gates Foundation will continue to grow nationally and internationally because they have convinced others and themselves that they are saving lives. On their website, they ask: “what is more life affirming than saving one third of mothers from dying in childbirth?” What they do not seem to acknowledge is how many unborn children have died from their initiatives.

As we have seen in our first two explorations of Bill Gates’ role as global health kingpin, the seemingly selfless generosity of the Gates family through their eponymous foundation has in fact greatly increased their own wealth, with Bill Gates’ personal net worth having doubled in the past decade alone.

But the takeover of public health that we have documented in How Bill Gates Monopolized Global Health and the remarkably brazen push to vaccinate everyone on the planet that we have documented in Bill Gates’ Plan to Vaccinate the World was not, at base, about money. The unimaginable wealth that Gates has accrued is now being used to purchase something much more useful: control. Control not just of the global health bodies that can coordinate a worldwide vaccination program, or the governments that will mandate such an unprecedented campaign, but control over the global population itself.

In 2009, a secretive meeting of some of America’s most prominent billionaires took place at the personal residence of Sir Paul Nurse, then-president of Rockefeller University. The invitation to the gathering was co-written by Bill Gates, Warren Buffett and David Rockefeller, and the aim of the meeting was “to consider how their wealth could be used to slow the growth of the world’s population.”

Given that these extraordinarily rich and powerful men—including Warren Buffett, David Rockefeller, and Ted Turner—have all expressed their belief that the growing human population is the greatest threat faced by humanity, it should not be surprising that they would convene a conference to discuss how best to channel their vast wealth into the project of reducing the number of people on the planet. Particularly unsurprising is that attendees of the meeting later dubbed Bill Gates—a man for whom population control is particularly close to his heart—as the “most impressive” speaker at the event.

The Covid-19 experimental mRNA drug is NOT a real vaccine. It's nothing like other vaccines that we've used in the past to prevent Polio and the Measles... It's a failed experiment that will have permanent life long side effects for a percentage of people that take it.

And now this... for Gates. He is very much into the world of "medicines" that effect people's lives.

BioNTech partners with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, scoring $55M equity investment; BeiGene brushes off short attack

→ Less than two months after German biotech BioNTech raised a herculean $325 million in an upsized round of financing — the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation have signed a pact with the company, making an initial equity investment of $55 million to develop vaccine and immunotherapy candidates to prevent HIV and tuberculosis. Total funding under the deal could hit $100 million, via potential grant funding from the foundation, BioNTech said on Wednesday.
