13 states already have trigger laws in place to ban abortion on the day that the decision is official.
No states or “very few” would ban abortion? You are confidently stating something that is so obviously completely wrong. Unless you think the states banning at 6 or 8 weeks or fetal heartbeat bills don’t count as “bans”, but as most women take this long to even discover they are pregnant, effectively these are the same as total bans. Between 10 and 20 states are likely to do this. I think very few states will go full Handmaids Tale and mess with contraceptives or the morning after pill, but it will certainly be >0 and perhaps >5 even there.
Good. Like I've said that's why women are sharing the info because some do & some don't. Sometimes if childbearing age even his consent won't help and the doctor won't do it because it's "elective".
There are already protections for pharmacists who don't want to dispense birth control pills/morning after on the grounds that it's abortion to them and against their religion. Luckily mail order prescription services have really picked up the pace with Covid so at least there's that option.
Yeah, it’s going to be a wholly rational response. Louisiana Republicans advance bill that would charge abortion as homicide
The gop has been having wet dreams of getting rid of Roe V Wade ever since the ruling in 1973. It appears they are on the cusp of that wet dream. Other things I'm sure they would love to see include either banning or restricting access to birth control, abolishing same sex marriage, and other rights that are not explicitly protected in the original bill of rights (quite a bit). Pro life actually means pro birth no matter what. After that you are on your own.

tried posting that exact same thing earlier and it got canned. I should have lied and just typed it instead of admitting I saw it on FB
Oh mine too. The difference is this is in a picture. The site guidelines don't allow over 4 paragraphs like that. I just happened to find it in photo form
