I tend to agree. A park with no one around in the middle of the day and one lone camera filming versus running for cover is questionable. You see the explosions but zero aftermath. Sane people would run for cover then film the damage afterwards.
Security cams wouldn't need to run. And yes people do have cams at parks. We have them at several parks here due to vandalism. Could it be fake? Possibly. I'm not there personally. But cams are a possibility. Edit to add - a sane person wouldn't be in a park if there have been air raid sirens and instructions were to shelter in place. Only a fool would go/take their kids to an open air park in a war zone.
Cams are a possibility however I laid out multiple reasons why I believe it to be propaganda. Too many holes for me to think otherwise.

Extremely disappointing that the Pope would say this. The blame in this war is entirely on one side. This position is going to undermine his credibility and cost him serious support for his other reforms, some of which are very reasonable.
Yeah I didn't like that at all. I'm trying to separate that blame game mess from his efforts at evacuating/calling for a peaceful resolution though.

I cannot see any path to a peaceful resolution at this point. What the Pope should be quoting to the world right now are the principles of Just War Theory and shaming all the countries, including ours, who sit on the sidelines watching evil and doing nothing.

lolwut? How much of this did you watch? One lone camera? There are like a dozen different views. And the fact that you couldn't put 2 and 2 together and tell that these dozen or so cameras didn't flinch other than from the shockwave, and thought that these were people holding a camera... is questionable.
And they bought that apology? Which btw Russians didn't mention, just that the Holocaust was discussed.
this is why you don’t need any Americans Fighting. Just bleed out the Russians. And other 2/ 3 weeks of this and it would decimate their fighting capabilities for years to come
