Sure. Provided that you draw a line between the lawyers involved, clients, and the lawyers whose long-term goal was specifically to override the will of the people (not the lawyers who wanted every vote counted and every illegal vote excluded).

And again, I think it should be a criminal investigation. A Congressional investigation will just be a political circus with a bunch of grandstanding.

It has already been determined by the court that Eastman’s work was part of a crime fraud. No privilege for the clients of the lawyers involved in perpetrating the crimes or fraud. Lawyers can be investigated, too. Particularly where they communicate with non-clients. No privilege. There is a criminal investigation too. But, the standard for good government in this country is not, “did they commit a probable crime?”

Just saw a video so somewhat relevant. Republicans have loved using the Punisher logo for years - even made some with Trump's hair for example.

The Punisher is a Marvel copyrighted product. Disney owns Marvel. So supposedly Disney will start going after them for copyright infringement. I know there'd been talk about it in the past but went away. Now with this whole mess....that'll cost them a pretty penny.

 

I could have included 9/11 along with the death of my parents. But, unlike 9/11, it was treasonous people born in this country who attacked our democracy on Jan 6. I won't call them Americans.
