I call it fascism because it is punishment for Disney's disagreeing publicly with the governor and legislature. A government cannot take an action that is punishment for free speech even if the action is the revocation of a special arrangement approved by the governor and legislature fifty years ago.

The fact that it was a special arrangement does not make it legal and constitutional to take away the special arrangement as punishment for free speech. It would have been legal if the arrangement were revoked for other reasons, and done prior to all this uproar.

You know all of this, and you know that it is an unconstitutional move. You simply like this fascist action and maintain that it is legal as a form of passive/aggressive support for the governor and his fascist actions. Congratulation for being on the side of the institution of fascism in this country!
