What an extraordinary development job by Mike White. This slow kid with a lousy skill set has been transformed by White into a speedy kid with a tremendous skill set who has ice in his veins. What a performance by him tonight.

White lives in your mind. He's gone now you can relax. Now speedy might be a reach, but he's fast enough

MW botched Nembhard, but remember AN also has way better players around him too.

You think Few has a magic cardio wand? There is no way he can do what you are suggesting.

Few has a couple of bigs most D1 teams would love. Andrew was a very good pg for us as the SEC tournament two years in a row he led us to wins each year. One of the top pg in the nation. He was a killer down the stretch last night against Memphis. Great game comeback, great team.
They can be beat but some team will have to be on all facets of the game to beat them.

He was like that at UF. He is two years older and more experienced. You really think his developer is primarily due to coaching? Coaches should get some credit, but the reality is that as you age and get more experience, you get better. This isn’t a novel concept.

So lets get this straight...yall dont think a healthy Keyantae, Nembhard and Noah Locke wouldn't have been better than what they were in 2018 as freshman ir 2019 as sophomores?

Nembhard played at Montverde like he is playing now. He played at a crawl during his sophomore year at UF. That slow pace obviously was at White’s direction. I was posting after AN’s sophomore year that I hoped he would transfer out of Florida so he could play to his capabilities. I posted the same thing about Glover and Lewis. It’s really unfortunate when you hope for the players’ sakes that they leave the program. Of course, players usually get better as they mature. The guys mentioned above have matured, but most of their success is as the result of bailing out of UF.

Skillset was never a question with Nembhard. I don't see a need for these kind of shots across the bow anymore, either. We are movin' on.

Im not a Mike White apologist but you are cherry picking certain situations. Both sides can cherry pick where White developed players (CC, Keyanta [before he almost died], Chiozza [remember he didnt play much under Billy D] etc.] and where players got better once they left (Glover, Nemhard etc). Thats why he is probably no longer here is because it was both "good" and "bad" at the same time which equals about average. The people who believed in him hoped he can become elite and those who didnt hoped he fall on his face. Neither, I repeat neither of those things happened. So can we just move forward with the new coach please.

He played with 3 nba players on the floor with him at UF. Talent doesn’t play much into this narrative

Which it shouldn’t. Pretty obvious what happened. Even to the homers firmly stuck in the MW corner.

I do see the need. These last 7 seasons will be part of the history of this team. We are still talking about Bartlett, Lotz, Sloan, Devoe, Kruger and Donovan. I want to see how the guys who played for White end up doing. This game today against Xavier was a good example of what we have dealt with for 7 seasons. Maybe Golden will make us forget about the Dark Ages; I mean the White era.

White didn't coach this game. Let it go.

Nembhard looks like the same player as always to me. Great vision, great handle, great passer. Average defender. Average three point shooter. If he was better in the latter two categories, he’d be in the NBA already. He’s definitely NBA caliber in the first three categories. I hope he makes it. He always seemed like a good kid.

I already told you that I am not letting it go. This was White’s team on the floor today. No coach could change that. You heard the announcers who were doing the game today. Everyone standing around watching one guy go one on one.
