I like to call the play-in games Round 0 so I call the first full round Round 1. I think that 4 seed Providence will have their hands full with South Dakota State.
Colgate over Wisconsin is my biggest upset. At this point I think its an upset if Providence wins. Providence -2 is the most recent line I saw. You could tell me Auburn went to the title game, or lose to Jacksonville State and I would believe it.
Had not seen the betting line. It just confirmed what I thought: Providence is the most over seeded team in the field. Wisconsin is not far behind. Virginia Tech is grossly under seeded. Houston is also much better than their seed.
10 over 7 is not a huge upset but these I think are the most likely ones: San Francisco over Murray State Loyola Chicago over Ohio State V Tech over Texas
Vermont won their tournament games by 39, 32 and 39 points. They start all seniors, can all shoot the three and they have had six players score 20 or more points in a game. I’m picking them to beat Arkansas along SD State winning their game.
