I noticed they weren’t available at Costco. Other than that, I don’t know what the hell you’re talking about.
Well -- we made the Elite Eight in White's second year with Billy's players, and White was able to recruit well following that run. White squandered a huge opportunity to build on Billy's success. Whatever -- it's in the past -- but a bit more program stability would've gone a long way over these past few years.
Billy Donovan is a great coach but he inherited a group of players who. as a team, were better that everyone else. When the o fours won the first tournament in NYC I knew they were really good and had the "TEAM" approach to winning. They won it all twice and left a year early and that "TEAM" concept has never again returned to Gainesville.
… Prather, Young, etc. That was the definition of team. I think you can make the case that squad was our best ever. I don’t think they are but the case exists
Young, wilbekan Prather etc were absolutely a great team in every sense of the word team. Uconn had our number and we didn't have quite the offensive fire power the 04s had but they were the definition of team.
no, Billy "inherited" Greg Stolt, Eddie Shannon and Dan Williams. He had a lot more responsibility for the '04s being better than everyone else and for the development of the "TEAM" culture than you seem to be allowing in your post, but if I misread you then my apologies.
Noah was a turnover a touch in limited garbage time as a true freshman. He didn't look like he belonged on a D1 court. There was coaching involved in their development
